Stuart Smith has become our GoTo tech for service on our Trane system. He responds quickly, ALWAYS knows what he's doing on any situation, and he gets it resolved quickly and one visit gets it done. When he recommends getting something done that requires special attention, we do it. I cannot speak highly enough of this tech. It's great to know one I can trust.

Had a new inside coil installed 2-3 months ago. Part was still under warranty but they still charged me for labor and frion. So I still ended up paying $2300 to fix a warranty issue. Still not sure why I had to pay for frion when the unit was leaking, that's why I had to get it replaced.
The install crew didn't weld the pipes good enough so I had to have another service done. Oscar Aldaba did a good job fixing the previous technicians mistakes. Looking back this new company doesn't check the air filters like they did when it was Speedy Air.

Had great service with Noah Sims and explained everything in detail over all he was doing. Highly recommend!

I am writing on behalf of my 86 years old mother who does not speak any English. She is Ukrainian refugee who fled the war in 2022. I want that people knew that Willard defrauded my elderly nother charging her for nonexistent and unnecessary repairs of her AC unit in the amount of 7,798$.
I called many times to them with no avail. I posted a full and detailed review on Yelp. Please, be ware of scamming tactics from Willard's !!!!

I am a houston contractor and I had a client waiting for a service so I call Willard and they say they will have an appointment for the next day available they will call me when the technician arrive, so I wait till next day 10am 11am and I call they say they will call me, 1,2pm I call they say they will call me 3,4pm I call they say they will call me, then they leave me a voice mail at 6:30pm saying they don’t have no one available, if I need something please call them, that’s crazy now I loose a client for commercial project because they never send no one

Stuart Smith will be my go to A/C guy from here on out! Very knowledgeable, and respectful. Went out of his way to help me out!

Donald came out and unclogged my kitchen drain today. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained what caused the problem.

He also gave estimates on other plumbing work that we requested.

Noah Sims came to my house today to install a 50 gallon electric water heater. With code upgrades, he was very nice and kind. Respectful and professional. Yeah, I would recommend Willard for any of your plumbing needs.

After 9 days on a two day job that was not supposed to leave holes in my house: i have holes in every wall, some of my outlets don't work, if i touch my metal trash can to the side of my fridge it sparks, and Rob (the guy we talked to through all this) doesn't answer my calls. The biggest mistake in my life was paying them before they actually finished. The lack of care, effort, or knowledge they showed after we paid nearly $30,000 is truly disappointing. Please save yourself from dealing with this.

UPDATE: Once again, very pleased with the service received today, September 4/24. Aaron came to my home to check on an issue with continual water leaking/dripping onto front porch. New unit was installed a few months ago. Aaron assessed, emptied the pan then added a knuckle(?) PVC part to redirect the condensation to the pan. He was incredibly polite, explained everything perfectly and no more dripping whatsoever! I just wonder why the first guy to come out to address the problem walked away saying he had fixed it, even as the dripping continued. Anyway, thankful for the employee who was sent today.

The situation was far worse than imagined. First & foremost, so grateful that Jorge chose to accept one last appointment - as he was already heading home for the day. The ultimate professional, he explained what had happened to the unit, the options on a new system, and talked through each option answering every question with absolute knowledge. Furthermore, he sat here & on the phone for at least an hour, working diligently to get a crew to install the unit today - a Saturday - rather than having to wait until Monday. I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am that HE was the one who took the assignment.

Mike Dumas came to visit and discuss whole house generators, after I had searched on their website and requested info about those, and he was very professional, personable, friendly and was so helpful. I really like the information he gave on every aspect of the whole home generator and he analyzed the size unit I would need and how the system would work. He gave me the cost and detailed all the work that is done to set that up, and explained how the system works when there’s an outage.

When I explained this will be something I will definitely do in the near future, we suffered through an extended power outage in the past, but I wasn’t ready to go forward quite yet, and he was very kind and understanding and not a high pressure salesman. I really appreciated that and I do I tend to buy a whole house generator in the near future and after hearing about the process and the cost for the system I need I will definitely use Willard AC.

Cody came out today to help with fan installations, and the experience was great! Top to bottom, very professional, friendly, and was eager to answer any questions I had. I appreciate the honesty of the business in providing several quotes before starting the job to ensure my home's needs were met. The quote was well within my expectations for the installs. I contacted Willard after a recommendation from a friend, and glad that I did. Would definitely use again!

John Gomez is truly amazing. He came by on time and asked for clarification on the issue. I explained what had happened and when and he said okay let me check it out. He went right to work. Checked everything that he needed to check. Asked pertinent questions when the time was right. He wore shoe covers the entire time to make sure he didn't track anything into the house. He explained that the compressor outside had gotten too much ice in it and had not defrosted and that was why it had stopped working. He also said I needed to upgrade my thermostat as the one that I had was old and did not really function the way that it should. I then asked if he could explain why my house stays so drafty. He examined my system and said that the return is much too small for the system and the house that it's in. Hey recommended having additional returns installed in different rooms at the house and I said what about just enlarging the main one. He said that would work for a while but for best efficiency each room should have its own return. He also recommended that I move the outside condenser from the side of the house where it gets absolutely no sun whatsoever into the backyard where direct sunlight can help it thaw in these Frozen conditions. He estimated the cost for some of these repairs, and while I would like to have them done, they are not within my budget at this time. He suggested that I continue with my membership as members get discounts on repairs and parts. He then proceeded to show me how my thermostat needed to be replaced. He demonstrated how to take it off the wall, how to match the wires and which brand and model to replace it with. He said if I had any problems I could give them a call and he would do his best to walk me through it. While I'm still not sure exactly which company he works for, as I had originally done business with Speedy Services, they were merged with Direct Services. He then mentioned that Direct Services is now under another company. It starts with a w but I don't recall what it is. It doesn't matter. With professional people like John Gomez I am going to continue to do business with them.

Justin Collett came by this morning to give me a quote to help improve my system. The man knows what he is talking about. He went right to work and explained what needed to be done. The air return is too small and this was noticed by John Gomez when he was out earlier this year. Justin gave me a price that I am very pleased with to get the work done and said it would take only about an hour to complete. We went ahead and got it scheduled for a couple of days from now so that I can take some time off and finally get the full efficiency of the unit that I purchased a number of years ago. I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Direct Services company, which is now part of Willard.

February 8th 2024. I had Richard Woodell come out to give me a quote on fixing the venting system. The house had been drafty ever since I bought it and Richard recommended upgrading the size of the vents and adding a couple as well as insulation in the attic. The price was reasonable and they also offered 0% financing for 18 months. Today, Oscar and Christian came out to do the work. They have done a fantastic job. The ductwork in the Attic is first rate. The vents have all been increased in size and two more added. The rattle that had vexed me from the time I bought this place is gone! Take a look at the pictures attached. I now have 12 in of insulation throughout my attic. All the ducks are organized and quite a few are suspended from the rafters. They also created a walkway for me so that I can get to where I need to change the filter. I did not ask for that, but it sure is appreciated. These guys are fantastic. I cannot recommend highly enough just how wonderful the job is that they did for me. They explain everything that they are going to do and get right to it. They are all friendly and hard workers. They also clean up after themselves so I had only minor vacuuming to do once they were gone.

We had our HVAC unit replaced and the technicians from Willard's did an outstanding job. Gabriel and the other technician were very professional, polite and informative. We were kept up to date on all phases of the installation process. They cleaned up after the install and made sure my wife and I knew how to adjust new thermostat. Again, very pleased.

I called in a late emergency for someone to come out and get my elderly Aunt and Grandmother water going again. Someone had made a mess of the situation. Cody from The your team showed up and gave the best service possible. Thank you sir and thank you Willards for a job well done

Aaron performed maintenance on our central air unit Jan. 2 in Southlake. He was on time, personable & professional. He was a good communicator & alerted us to a motor amperage issue that was
covered under warranty.

Technician Cortez arrived on time, great attitude, and extremely professional. He performed our unit inspection and also changed the air filter. I wish I could give Willard AC more stars. Thank you for a great service call.

We had a sprinkler issue and Willard sent out a technician named John Mckinnis. He was very professional and honest. He diagnosed our issue and didn’t overcharge us. We will definitely be using Willard Air Conditioning Plumbing and Electrical again if ever needed!

Stuart came by to help fix my AC. He did an amazing job and made sure everything was up and working before leaving. He provided friendly and timely service, would recommend!
