Great guys! Honest and showed up as promised and very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed problem. Would be 5 stars but they are little bit on expensive side, not so much to not be hired, will hire again if needed.

The A/C technician Nelson was very knowledgeable and fixed my thermostat problem fairly fast.

NELSON CAME IN AND HELPED US WITH OUR AC UNIT IN OUR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY. HE DID SO GREAT. HE EDUCATED US ON THE ISSUE AND GOT IT FIXED. ANOTHER ISSUE CAME BACK AN HOUR LATER AND HE CAME BACK IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT QUESTION AND FIXED IT. FAIR PRICING AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. SIGNED UP FOR THE YEARLY MAINTENANCE PLAN WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE AND KINDESS. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Reached out to Trusted Heating & Cooling because our HVAC leaking inside our house. Thinking I would have to wait until Monday, Nelson told me he could be here in 25-30 minutes! Texas summer on a Sunday at 6:30pm and he could be here in 25-30! They got here just as he said, was very professional and explained everything to me! Also Nelson had to come back out due to a leak I never had before started after Henry visited and also educated me on why it happened and what to do to keep PVC pipe clear of build up.
