Expert and great service - identified and fixed the heating problem immediately

Excellent service, we were visited by Alex for the initial evaluation of our system. He was friendly, courteous and polite. I had attempted to diagnose the failure myself before calling them when I realized it was beyond anything I could do myself .

There was zero pressure to either have the system fixed or replaced by them, no sales pitch of any kind.

We opted to have out replaced and were visited by Erik later the same day. Again, a very cordial visit without any push to sell us anything; we were presented with the options they could offer and even their financing partner. It took us a couple of days to decide and purchase a new unit from them.

Once all the paperwork was completed later on Friday, our new system was installed and in working order the following Monday!

Total process was great. Technician was great and fixed problem fast to get some cool air to heart and cancer patient inside home. Really appreciate these guys for the prompt service!!!

Our AC went out on a Friday evening and we called first thing on Saturday. Alex was able to come in and take a look at things, got our AC back but educated us on how to address the root cause of the issue without breaking the bank. We were happy to have him and his team back out soon to make the necessary adjustments going forward and Vortex even presented us a great financing option to cover the invoice.

Additionally, they offer a maintenance plan so we don't get caught off guard like this again - would 10/10 recommend to anyone in their service area.

Guys showed up as promised, if we disagree on anything, they were open to those discussions, they at least allowed us to all problem solved together. They have repaired our HVAC unit TXV issue and it was very well done. Most important thing is they are reasonable cheaper in terms of labor cost compare to other businesses competitors. I would definitely recommend.

David arrived during our scheduled window and have us a briefing of what he found including showing us pictures. Once he covered the recommended services for our system, we were able to make an informed decision on our next steps. It was a pleasure working with him.

Vortex is GREAT. They installed my new A/C & Heating unit a couple of years ago after being referred to me by a friend. Ever since they remind me twice a year, Springs & Fall to have the units checked. They keep everything running in top-notch shape.

Service was AWESOME. We called them the day before the winter storm of 2025, they sent their technician over and he had the gas valve replaced and the heat running in no time. The cost for this was lower than the first company was asking for. I HIGHLY recommend Vortex Air Solutions and intend on using them for my business and home needs.

I contacted Vortex Air Solutions when my AC stopped blowing cold air. They quickly determined my issue and suggested the best option for permanent solution.

With incredibly easy finance options, and even with my difficult limited attic space, Vortex Air Solutions were able to come out and replace my entire indoor/outdoor AC system in less than a day!!

They also managed to fix an issue with my master bedroom not getting air where other hvac companies failed to resolve.

I am beyond happy with the service Eric and his team provided. My a/c went out last summer. My home warranty company kept giving me the run around telling me it was normal wear and tear. Eric came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. The unit in the attic had a major leak. Initially I thought there was no way I could afford to replace the system in the attic but Eric gave me different financing options available with Vortex. Eric was great with communication. The team showed up completed the install of a new HVAC unit in the attic and the unit on the outside of my home. They were professional and neat. After the install Eric scheduled a time to come out and inspect the installation. These guys were topnotch and very trustworthy! I highly recommend Vortex Air for your a/c and heating problems! Update... Just had my winter maintenance done! So happy I went with them over the big guys! Awesome people Great service! And my electric bill has literally gone from 500 plus to under 150 a month!

These guys were super amazing! Awesome job! Start to finish they replaced the whole kit and kaboodle... Ducts AC inside and out added insulation and repair the vents connections. They made sure to clean up after their self and even cleaned up for me too! Hands down they have a life time customer here!... Update...Had to add this on... It's cold in my house now! 😁

A neighbor gave this company rave reviews on our neighborhood app. I decided to give them a call and was not disappointed. Vortex provides excellent and prompt customer service. They replaced my HVAC system and cleaned my ducts. They explained everything that was to be done in great detail. The price that we paid was surprisingly lower than 2 other quotes we received. The installers cleaned up after themselves. A week later a supervisor came out to ensure everything was still working well and to see if we had any issues. We did not have any issues but it certainly felt good to know that they care about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I was impressed with the entire company from the CSR that took my initial call, to the sales rep and the installers.

Less than a week from quote to having a brand new complete system installed. Price was very competitive with the other quotes we received. Went with Vortex because of the positive experience with the assessment and quoting process (it was truly needs based - not a constant sales pitch) and the positive reviews they had. System has been installed for all of 5 hours at the time of this review, but so far I’m pleased!
