Our AC went out in 100+ degree heat. Kelly was quick to respond and got us up and running within a couple of hours. These guys are the best!

We had 2 companies to come out when our AC went out and they both did something to mess it up more . After 5 days with no AC we finally heard about Johnson Family Heat and Air. Kelly came out that afternoon. He located the initial problem and the 2 other ones the other companies made. With about an hour or so we had AC. The price was so much less than I thought!!! Was told needed whole new unit but it is not very old . We are very appreciative of him for saving us. Was getting too unbearable. Thanks so much !

After another company told us we needed a new unit we decided to get a second opinion. We called Johnson Family Heat & Air. Mr. Kelly came out the same day, found and fixed the issue with our unit. 100% recommend.

My A/Cs capacitor went out on a 100 degree day and I couldn't get a replacement going into the evening. I called Kelly and he came right over. He not only brought me a replacement, but he installed it and then added refrigerant to get it nice and cool. Best customer service ever.

This is the go to Hvac repair in the ellis County area. Kind clear communication, fair pricing. Out here performing miracles with my ac condenser that had a capacitor explode. Getting me one more year with this system before I may have to update it. But when that time comes these guys will be the ones to do it.
