I have used Dallas Cool Air Corp (awesome repair man Terry) sense I move to Red Oak over 20+ years ago. Terry is extremely knowledgeable and I have found him to be straight forward honest, reliable, and I will not use anyone else due to their excellent business practices. If you have an ac/heating issue you will not have to worry about being taken advantage of with Dallas Cool Air, and that in itself is a major releaf.

I normally never leave reviews but with this company, I believe they've always went above and beyond what I could ever expect and they literally saved me thousands.

I would give them 10 stars if I could rate them higher.

Terry does a great job taking care of his clients providing exceptional service. Terry is fair and honest about the work that is needed to fix your A/C and Heat problems. I would and do recommend Terry to all my friends and family.

I have been a customer for well over 10 years with a yearly service agreement. I have always received good customer service and the few times I had mechanical issues Terry came out and took care of the problem. There has never been any issues with the work completed. We all wish we could find a reputable honest HVAC tec we can trust. I have worked with Terry for over a decade now and I have lost count of how much money he saved for me. Any work he does is necessary and he never over-charges. (Which is good, since I basically live in a glass house) Look no further; this is the guy you’re looking for.

Terry installed a complete system at my home. Very professional and honest. Dallas Cool Air Corp. is the best. Kept my old unit going as long as possible. Will be calling again before summer for a system check. Great guy.

You all know when you call someone to look at your appliances at home, you get that dreadful feeling of "please don't let this person scam me and/or sell me on unnecessary products". Well with Cody that wasnt the case! Very respectful and knowledgeable! I mean he explained it very well, down to the details and has a passion for this! Shoot I feel like I have the knowledge now to be a HVAC tech lol. On a serious note he explained every thing he did and showed me everything he was looking at. I felt very comfortable and felt he wasn't trying to make a quick buck or pull a fast one. As homeowners and not familiar with this kind of equipment, I can assure you Cody is straight with you. I feel now I know my HVAC unit better and helped me make a educated decision on the steps I need to take to fix the issue with my HVAC! I had Cody perform my spring maintenance on my home systems. Cody was extremely thorough and explained everything he was performing for my service. My units are running great now and he performed a major cleanup after he was finished. I will be calling them again for ALL my HVAC issues!

Guys came out, on time and replaced both AC and furnace. Just in time before the real heat starts. Did really good work!
