We had a complex install involving a crane to lift the unit onto the roof of our condo in Waxahachie. Harbor HVAC Repair handled all the logistics and permits. The lift went smoothly, and the job was completed on time. Very professional project management.

Had a frion leak that they quickly fixed. Then the next day the cheap old welds on the pipe blew and i was back to square one... They came out and fixed no charge. These are the HVAC people ill always call!

Decided to call them again. My sister highly recommended them. Called and left a message. Got a call back in about an hour. They were able to come the next day. The guy that came was very nice and identified the problem right away and had the parts in his van. Thank you! 5 stars.

I would highly recommend this company, friendly, knowledgeable service. I had no worries when they came out they took care of me and I was sleeping great that night because my AC was working definitely love, Romeros, AC and heating company in Waxahachie Texas. Had the unit for 2 years this year it wouldn’t keep the house under 90 all summer. I called them out they told us it was a dirty filter mind you We change the filter regularly. After they changed the filter themselves the house still didn’t get below 90. Text them the next week letting them know it was still not keeping the house cool. I have my elderly mother here so I had to spend $500 on a window unit. After paying them $4,000 and some change. It’s now fall and the main unit without the assistance of the window unit can’t get the house below 75 even when it’s 60 outside!!

After three other companies giving us the runaround, I .found Romero's A/c and Heating. Thank ya Jesus. The guys were respectful and hard working. Out with the old system And in with the new, even swept Behind their self as they walked out the door. These are the good guys I will refer them to family and friends. Thanks Romero's

I am so grateful for this company. They are extremely professional & efficient. After our a/c unit started having issues, we called Jesse Romero’s AC & Heating Services and were thoroughly impressed. They got the job done at a great price & very quickly to cater to a party we were having at our home that day. I will not be using any other company for my a/c needs!! I had a 22 year old Carrier ac system in my home that died. I got a few quotes from local contractors and was shocked at the prices to replace the unit. My son- in-law told me to call Romero’s ac. I did and am very happy. Tim Romero beat the other bids by a substantial amount and had the system replaced within a week’s time. My AC/Heat stopped working a week before Christmas! Romero's AC & Heating Service came out the very next day to inform me, that I was in need of a complete Ac/Heat system. I was in tears, knowing that the Holiday was here and money was tight! They consoled me, gave me options to finance, and yet made me feel better that I had skipped a generation after being in my home for 24 Years. After easily getting approved within a couple of days, the crew showed up working very hard, going up & down my stairs to install a complete system. They deserved more than Breakfast tacos that I made them that day! My family & I were so grateful that they speedily & professionally met our need. Everything was done fast and professionally. When Matt found out I was having surgery in 2days he rearranged somethings and got our new AC installed the next day so I could recover in comfort. The guys showed up at 8:40?and the new AC was installed and running by 3. I can’t thank them enough!

Toby was very thorough in his inspection of the units, he was courteous and professional as well. I have used Wolverton Air over 10 years- they never disappoint.
