It pays to be loyal. We’ve been a customer of HEAT since 2011. Never once have I questioned their work or pricing. I always feel like we get the best of both worlds. Their service techs are polite, professional and on time. If you use these guys you’ll never go anywhere else again.

I have never had to wait very long and he has always sent someone out the same day. The young man was so nice and went right to the source of the problem and also checked the unit out to make sure there was no other issues.This is a great company and I have used them for several years. If for some reason you haven't heard about the outstanding work that these folks do, you may be living under a rock. I can't sing their praise loud enough. My AC has gone out 4 separate times in the past 5 years. Each time it was a different issue. HEAT was prompt, professional, friendly, fast, accurate, and affordable.

One time when our AC went out in the hot summer of 2024, the part needed had to be ordered and would take 3 days. David, the HEAT technician left us a portable AC unit to keep a room cool until the part part could. They did this as a courtesy.

Customer service is tops, not just in the HVAC industry, but also compared to other industries. They arrived early, fixed problems efficiently, identified warranty opportunities, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and overall took FANTASTIC care of my family.

This company goes out of their way to take care of customers. We have an older unit that was needing repair the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Not only did they get someone out within a couple of hours, they had it operational as well. Our unit is old enough that replacement parts are scarce, but HEAT Mechanical was able to get it going while we figure out our long term solution. David (technician) kept us informed on what was going on and even came back out while we were gone to do additional repairs. Stacey (office/phones) always is friendly and does whatever is necessary to get an available tech out as soon as possible. They are both a reflection of the owner and make it easy to work with them.

The response to my sos text was very prompt, I was seen that very morning by David, who diagnosed and repaired efficiently. He checked my warranty and adjusted the rate for service accordingly. This company has been great since our first encounter with them three years ago for our new home build. Our builder chose them to install our new heating and air unit and we couldn’t be more glad of that choice. Any small issue with our unit and replacing the thermostat to a smart thermostat, they have been awesome to work with and easy to schedule through. Most recently, David has truly tried to nail down the mysterious issue our unit has been having off and on. We appreciate this company and recommend them to anyone needing heating or air needs!

10 years ago we used H.E.A.T to replace our unit and they were amazing. In our new home we recently began having issues. Initially, we called the wrong company to come check it out and were basically taken advantage of with nothing being fixed. Thankfully we remembered H.E.A.T and not only was Brent quick to call to schedule us, but he sent Mike out who was thorough and honest in his assessment of what we needed done! We won’t use anyone else again. Integrity and honesty are the top priorities for us and we know that’s exactly what we will get using H.E.A.T!

HEAT is very responsive, great techs and the office staff is incredibly helpful in answering questions. They did work in Waxahachie on my house and will use them in the future.

Brent gave me multiple options. He explained and answered all questions. The technician showed up on time and installed my new ac. They answered my question and did a great job. Was very punctual and called ahead of time to confirm i was at home. Apron arrival employee very polite and communicated clearly and offered needed services and alternative ways if capable how I could do some myself. Fast service call back as well from the owner.

Mike H.E.A.T. mechanical in Waxahatchie came out and replaced the fan motor in our heat pump. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Before he started he explained what he was going to do and when done he left the work area clean. The bill for the work and parts was reasonable. I highly recommend H.E.A.T. Mechanical.

We have had to call HEAT Mechanical 3 times since we bought our house 2.5 years ago. We’ve had renovation & construction going on, so that has caused extra issues with our HVAC. Everytime I call I’m happily surprised at how response they are! They come out within a day, often the same day (though I never expect that during busy times). I’m really glad to have a reliable HVAC company “on speed dial”. Highly recommend!

I have had three different systems installed at my home by them, and if I have any problems they are always able to provide quick service and great communication as well. They have always charged a fair price for any repairs that is generally lower than the competition. I trust that they are honest and always show me exactly what they are doing or what is wrong.
