These guys are excellent. They arrive when they say they will arrive. They do what they say they're going to do. They are responsive when you contact them. They leave all work areas clean and neat. We've worked with them for years now and I have never had a situation where I thought I wasn't getting great value for the price I paid.

Robert from H.E.A.T Mechanical came out and done a very awesome job! He Checked out and Inspected the whole system; found more than one issue and then resolved the issues in a quick and timely manner. Robert provided great Customer Service along with servicing my Equipment. H.E.A.T. Mechanical is a great Company to do Business With.

HEAT Mechanical AC and Heat always does a great job. I live in Waxahachie and every time I’ve had an issue they’re always prompt in responding and getting a technician over to my home. The technician Mike is awesome!!! I will ONLY use them for my heating and AC needs.

Great family owned business and gets the job done! Heat Mechanical handles all of our units at multiple houses/businesses and we won't use anyone else. They answer the phone on weekends and someone comes out the same day when it's an emergency. I highly recommend them!

They told me all of my options and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision. They put in a new air handler today. My problem started late on Friday night. They came early Saturday morning. I was at work and my daughter was home. Mitch and Brett both called me and let me know what was wrong with my AC and why. They kept me informed. They both made me feel comfortable in knowing that they are here to help. They have great service and expertise. They arrived on time or even earlier everytime. They are the best!! Had no AC and 100 degrees in WAXAHACHIE on a Sunday evening. They were at my house in 20 minutes and had it running cold 15 minutes after they got there. Wouldn’t use anymore else. They are fast reliable and most of all honest.

H.E.A.T. Mechanical installed a new unit in August 2019 and they were awesome to work with. We have them back every year in August for maintenance and to make sure everything is working properly. Mike, Brent, and Stacy provide excellent customer service. We are in Waxahachie, check them out!

Amazing company. They were able to come out the next day and diagnose the system. Really did great work. Mike is super knowledgeable, and was able to get us fixed up in no time!

The first appointment was next day when I expected to have to wait. I was explained the problem and how it was fixed. I will definitely use them again for any future issues and recommend to any friends in the Waxahachie area.

Our ancient A/C system quit on a hot Monday night, we called H.E.A.T Tuesday morning and they installed a new system the next day! The installation crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional. The entire process only took a few hours from removing the old A/C system, installing the new system, and testing. It had been 80 degrees in our home so we were happy to get it back to a normal cool temperature. Also, they cleaned up when finishing. Thank you for a great experience!

HEAT Mechanical always responds promptly to phone calls. They show up at or before the appointment time. The techs are knowledgeable and professional. They have never tried to "up-sell". Quality work at a reasonable price!

Brent and his team replaced our entire HVAC unit and came up with a new plan to best fit our home. We previously had a 30-year old commercial unit that needed quite a bit of work to remove and replace. Our installer Jesus was great to work with! The entire team was great to work with. We called for an estimate on a Friday and all of our work was completed by Wednesday. The entire install only took two days. We would highly recommend HEAT Mechanical for all of your AC & Heat needs.

David with Heat Mechanical replaced a 15 year old Carrier A/C for me. He showed up on time, was helpful, professional a d froendly. He ordered the necessary parts for my HVAC, installed those parts so I'm now set for another several years under the watechfull eye and service of Heat Mechanical. HEAT Mechanical AC and Heat installed our Rheem AC unit and has came out anytime we have needed something for it. Last night we noticed that the air was not kicking on so the next morning we called at 8:30am and was told someone would be out between 10am - Noon. That worked for us, but it actually ended up being about 9am when someone made it out. David was very professional and worked quick to figure out the problem. He left to find the part that was needed and was back with an hour and half or so to get the new part installed.
They work quick snd are very professional! Thank you!

Called in at 8pm on a holiday weekend for AC repair. He was there the next morning and had us up and running in no time. Always friendly and reasonably priced. This is the reason Heat Mechanical will always be our HVAC maintenance provider!!

We called for a tune up late in the season and were happy to get an appointment within a week. with all the emergency calls we expected that to be further out. They were running a little late but called to let me know. They arrived within 45 min of the appointment which was no problem at all but I was very happy with the heads up. The technician was pleasant and gave us inform about our system that we needed.
