I called Legacy Heating & Air about 6am this morning and Randy answered on the first call. I was having trouble getting my house to warm up All night! A 29 degree night, So 61 degrees inside the house! My mom and I were freezing. They came out as soon as possible! Real genuine guys they even explained to me how I can check the system/ac my self for the future. Wont charge you an arm and a leg! I’m going to call then everytime I have any heater/air issues!

Legacy Heating & Air delivers amazing service! Our furnace wasn’t working during this early cold snap and they came early in the morning, diagnosed the problem, found the part, and had us up and running the same day! Thank y’all so much! I was referred by a friend who had used them before and raved about her experience. I used Legacy to fix my heating system. They returned my call in regards to my request for assistance very quickly. I made an appointment and they came out the same day. Which I was very glad because it’s was freezing and I am currently working from home. They were very professional and explained what was wrong and what needed to be fix. They were able to resolve the problem very quickly. I also spoke to the owner, Randy, and he was very professional and nice. They were also affordable in pricing which was helpful during this pandemic. If you are needing assistance with heating and air systems I would definitely call these guys. I saved myself a lot of time and did not need to call a bunch of different places.

I woke up to a very hot house and Randy was quick to show up and fix my ac unit. He got our air up and running so my house was cooling in no time😊

This is by far the best service call I have had in years. The technician Kyle was prompt, personable and kept me informed of 'what and whys' of the work he was doing. He not only located the leak, he also resealed aged seal around the furnace. The quality of his service is why I recommended Legacy to my friends. I will use the service again.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air a few days ago. I had asked our neighbors for recommendations, and one mentioned Legacy Heating and Air. As a consumer, I wanted to look into the business before scheduling an appointment, so I went straight to Google. Legacy Heating and Air had so many 5 star reviews with great feedback, so I decided to book an appointment. I called this morning (8/30/23) expecting to be scheduled some time this week. To my surprise, not only were they able to come today BUT within the next 1-2 hours!! I was happy because with this crazy Texas heat we've been having, sleeping in a warm room is no fun. From the start, my interaction with them was amazing. I got a text message letting me know that Andrew would be coming out, and then another one letting me know he was on his way. Andrew was amazing!! He explained everything he was doing to me and my husband. He was very polite and courteous. He also was upfront on what repairs were needed and pricing. I can honestly say that Legacy Heating and Air lives up to their 5 star reviews!! I have their number saved and will definitely be using their services from now on.

Excellent experience with Legacy Heating & Air and can't say enough about the great service we received from Joe M. Joe, Jaykub, and other technicians came out to the outer limits of their service area, dealt with a weird HVAC layout, and stayed late trying to diagnose the issue. Joe took everything in stride, really took the time to explain everything, accommodated us with several different estimates, and was unfailingly positive, courteous, and very patient! I found their pricing to be fair and transparent and their communications were consistent and professional, so I always felt kept in the loop. I would definitely recommend Legacy Heating & Air.

Joe, Ivan, and all others involved very much did a great job replacing our outside unit/inside conversion. I would definitely recommend for the quality of work and great communication throughout the install.

I called at 2pm in the afternoon and someone was at my house within 30 mins of my call. they diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend and use them again.

I had a leak in my HVAC system. Legacy came out and took care of it and found another issue I had no idea about. It improved the airflow so much in my house. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using their services for Any future repairs.
