Mr. Ken Davis saved the day and several thousand dollars. A big name AC company wanted to replace everything because compressor, fan was out.
I called Mr. Davis for second opinion, simple, fast inspection noted capacitor was out. $300 later total charge!!!!!

Mr. Davis came out on a Saturday late afternoon and saved the day!!

It’s challenging to find reliable and trustworthy people to work on your air conditioner. Once you use performance air, you will never call another technician. This company knows its stuff and provides great detail about your unit, and helps you prepare for a time when you may need to replace it. If your AC guy uses those little round gauges, they are behind the technology needed to be efficient in their craft. Give these guys a call, and you will be recommending them like I am.

I love this company! I'm on their annual plan, and yesterday the guy came and serviced the units, fixed a minor issue, and did so promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Service was great for the most part but they are really expensive. Additionally it took almost a month to get the part. Maybe this is normal but it cost me over $1000 for a warranty job. The tech even told me, "we could have finished earlier but we forgot some tools." So all of that cost was labor and freon.

I am so happy to find Ken Davis with Performance AC . We have several rental units and he is always prompt to answer the phone and come out to do the repairs. Very professional , priced fair and never makes you feel rushed. He always takes the time to explain the problem and the options for repair.

I was barely off the phone with their answering service, I called early in the morning, and Ken called and said someone would respond soon. Mike texted advising he was on his way and shortly after arriving he diagnosed the issue, Ken came to help with the repairs and now the AC is working great. Both were friendly, professional and showed me the issue and the repair. Highly recommend them.

A big, big "Thank You" to Performance Air Conditioning of Texas! My compressor fan went out on August 5. I called Performance Air Conditioning of Texas, and they came out to my house promptly and repaired the issue quickly and professionally, at a reasonable price. This was an after hours repair. No tricks, no gimmicks, just an honest, straightforward company that went above and beyond on a Saturday to get my AC working and my house cool again!

Have used them twice and I am pleased with service. Most importantly They scheduled within 24 hrs which is very difficult to get someone out in a timely manner. The owner came out on a weekend and got me temporary fixed due to part needed ordered. Just charged for part only and didn’t have to pay until they came out to replace part and clean ducting. I will use them as my regular HVAC go to!

So in the middle of the heat dome my AC stopped working. I call performance and Ken answered and had someone here just a few hours later. They were able to diagnose and repair my issue quickly and now my house is on the road to recovery. Will definitely use them again and refer to anyone in HVAC need!! Thank you so much!!

I can’t say enough about the professional service we always get from Performance AC of Texas. Anytime we have a problem they always take care of it in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. Garrett took care of my 89 year old moms AC today. We were thinking it was going to cost a lot, but they informed us that it was still in warranty.

***UPDATE: Performance AC of Texas replaced my 12 year old evaporator coils for 1/10 of the price to replace my whole unit. While he gave me a choice to replace the unit or the coils OR put free on in …there were multiple choices instead of forcing me to get a new unit.
