Great service, very friendly, explain things to you well. They installed my unit almost 2 years ago and I have not had any problems with unit. This was just a service check since it is getting so hot , I just wanted to have it checked to be safe, they said it was working great didn’t need any repairs.

I was recommended to AR ac from a church friend. Great service. My heater didn't start up this year, and AR came out the same day. My tech,Bruce was so kind. He helped me understand the issue.(bad ignitor)and went and got the part,and I was heating right after.very pleased with service and pricing. I also started a routine maintenance plan so they can help prevent future scares, and it's nice and affordable for my quarterly filter changes as well,, thanks to the whole staff, including the office (colby)who stayed in contact with me that day

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with them for 2 months now and EVERY TIME I call Ms Alyssa tells me that the owner or manager is in a meeting and will call me back which they never do. I understand that it’s a small job but if you don’t want to do the job then I’m fine with you telling me so instead of wasting my time.

My a/c coil was replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. The crew was able to replace it in about 2-3 hours. The only complaint I have was the vent/flashing was not re-installed on the side of my house. The tech that came out told me he ran out of the silicone to re-attach the flashing. He said he would come back out to attach it in the next few days. The service date was January 11th, I reminded the main office on January 20th that no one ever came back out to attach the flashing. I was told “I will send a guy by tomorrow “ I guess tomorrow never came? It’s now May 9th. The job is still incomplete. This is why I don’t like paying companies for a job before they complete the work. Once they get your money they are more then likely to do things like this. Can I go buy some silicone and attach it myself? Yes, but I shouldn’t have to when I paid for a service upfront. I will attach images later.

Update:In response to the company reply. Unfortunately it was not another company, the invoice number for you company was 1237. Maybe that will help you locate the record.

They installed a new AHU. All techs were professional. Explained to me what all needed to be done and how they were fixing the problem. They fixed my issue in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend them to others.

We were in a bind late on a Saturday night when our A/C went out. Ken showed up for us in 30 minutes and not only fixed our problem but helped optimize our A/C system. Amazing. Truly a unicorn in this world.

The HVAC tech, Tommy Kirk, was professional and knowledgeable. He handled the Spring maintenance on my 3 HVAC units, and handled the minor repair of a prior issue I had before switching to this company for my HVAC service and preventative maintenance program.

I am very pleased with both the service work provided and the quality/professionalism of the tech. I am ready for the heat of Summer, and will have someone coming out again in Fall as part of the preventative maintenance plan. I will be referring this company to my neighbors.
