Super quick to respond and was able to come in just a couple hours to fix our A/C. Service was really fast, friendly, and price seemed very reasonable too! I’ll definitely do business with them again in the future.

For reason I thought I smelled like a burnt smell in my AC. So I asked them to come and check it for me. The gentleman man came was super nice and very respectful. He wasn’t in my house 15 minutes and said everything was fine. Melody charged me $119.00 for a service call. The guy that came out apologized and said it wasn’t his decision. I told him I totally understand. I thought it was pretty greedy.

I can’t thank Performance Air Conditioning of Texas enough. Our AC went out last night. I called first thing this morning and someone was out to fix it in about 2 hours. Michael our technician was amazing & had it fixed in about 30 minutes. This week our temps are 105+ so I’m so great full he was able to fix it. Thanks again! I will definitely be highly recommending y’all.

I know you have seen my reviews here over and over again. Ken and his team are the best AC guys around. We have multiple rental homes and he has been a blessing. He is very quick to respond to your issues, very professional and he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Priced right and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very happy every time we need their services.

Really great experience - a/c randomly went out on a weekend (of course) and we have a newborn we can’t just tough it out with. He was to our house within an hour and has us back up and running. Very appreciative of the care and the price.

Ken was on time and very professional, he used the most up to date equipment in his evaluation process of my HVAC unit issue. He ran several test and was able to diagnose the issue. They installed our unit in 2023. It stopped working and they came out to diagnose the problem. They said it was the compressor. Part is under warranty, but labor is not. Labor was going to START at $2500, but they couldn’t give us a firm quote. We had someone else come out and not only was the compressor bad, so was the evaporative cooler. We had a MAJOR freon leak that they didn’t even find. This unit is 2 years old. They either installed it incorrectly or the unit was bad. Either way, they are not thorough and they are not interested in making it right.

The Performance crew has been working at our home for the past couple years and have been professional and courteous and have taken their time to make sure their repairs last. I've taken a bunch of Ken's time asking for clarity about quoted work and he's been patient with me and helped me better understand our AC system. It's great to have a company we can trust in this business that I know is full of crooked contractors. Thank you Performance AC!

We had an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon. We had paying guests (AIRBNB) & the a/c quit in the main part of the house They came quickly, found the problem & fixed on site Had the right part in his truck. The repairman was very nice.

Prompt service on Christmas Eve. Thanks to Horacio our family will not suffer through Sweatmas this year in spite of the 80+ degree Texas weather.

They have great people, been using them for at least 3 years now. Twice yearly inspections. This year their fantastic tech caught a leak and was able to replace the unit's coil under warranty. Really good work on the repair and for every inspection. Definitely recommend.

Great service. Arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within 25 minutes during a sleet and snow storm.

I'll give em 5 stars cause I'm not THAT vindictive, and by the rest of their ratings they seem to be pretty good at what they do. HOWEVER.. whoever is driving this companies truck around loves to ride your tail and play speed racer just to... rush to a red light?? Weaving in and out of traffic with no blinker, putting multiple cars in danger just to get nowhere fast. There are people (and children) in the cars you pass, it's not just empty vehicles on the road and y'all drive like you don't care about that?? Not super professional to drive that way given you're in a company vehicle with ladders on top. People see you and the business you're advertising, just like I did, while you were driving like you were. I doubt it's getting you any customers.

Every time I call for service they come out right away. Always nice and friendly. Very professional and informative. Explains the problem and the solution. Give preventative care to prevent it happening again. I love them.

The technicians that completed my repair were quite friendly and they worked quickly. I was pleased that they were able to complete the job on the day that I requested. I won't deduct any stars but I will say that the company could still improve by maintaining a consistent maintenance schedule.

Performance Air Conditioning of Texas replaced my dying single stage heat pump with a variable speed, Carrier Infinity Series unit and I cannot happier! The air quality in my home is infinitely better and operation is so quiet!
