This company rocks! They responded in a timely manner and went above and beyond to address all of our needs. The technicians were super nice, courteous and knowledgeable about our needs. All of the repairs were done quickly and to code. I will give anyone who needs A/c or heating work a strong recommendation to use them.

Arrived in a timely manner, thoroughly explained my AC issues and diagnosis, answered all my questions and were very courteous and friendly. The team quoted me a date for parts to arrive and the followed up with the installment them as said. They were very knowledgeable and pricing was transparent. Fantastic work and customer service was top notch. I would definitely use their services again if needed and highly recommend Legacy Heating and Air to anyone in the area!

AC stopped working in the evening and within 6 hours of my initial call they fixed multiple burned out pieces of my compressor. Andrew was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Not pushy and got us up and running. Will definitely call in the future.

I called with an urgent AC issue. I was told all of their crews were across town, and booked through the day as it was already mid afternoon. Still they called back with an update a few minutes later, having worked some magic and that a team would arrive withing an hour and half. They were on time despite dealing with rush hour. They resolved the issue with a quick fix and I was only charged for a service call despite the priority request. Their technicians are top rate, provided photos of the issue(s), and offered a clear explanation of the issue and resolution.

I can’t recommend this company any more highly for your HVAC work.

I have had the worst experience with this company from Day 1 of purchasing a new ac unit ! I have had nothing but problems after was installed. It’s located in the hall closet and took them 8 hours just to install in late may 2019. First cold day I had to turn heat on nothing would work. Spent a very cold night with no heat and tech had to come out and fix a wire that was crossed in the thermostat. Then the summer came and once the temps reached 95 my house temp would reach 79 and my unit just struggled.couldn’t keep up with temps and I was just trying to keep it at 76! I called this co. And she says that’s normal. It’s just hot outside and it’s normal. At night they the morning it would finally be what I set it at ! I called two times thinking there’s a problem she assures me it’s normal. So I dealt with it till this summer. Same thing all over again. Only to find it’s not normal ! After going through a roofer and 2 different insulation co. And a second opinion from othercAC repair co. Says it’s not normal. It’s your new ac unit so finally heat mechanical sends thier lead tech to come out and it’s a bad compressor! So replaced the new compressor that was bad ! Then less than a month kn a Saturday my house hot again and the thermostat that is new like the unit decides to quit communicating with the new compressor so again another service call! And not to mention the fact that I don’t even have the right cover on this unit and is really difficult to even change the filter! And during all these problems I discover they left a hole in the side of my brick home after removing the old unit and replacing with this RHeem unit . I had another hvac man to test the exposed wire they left and was a dead wire so he removed the access and plugged the hole for me! This company even argued that how do they know they did this? It was obvious it was done by them when the old unit was removed! So I would not recommend anyone I know to purchase a Rheem unit from this co and I am regretting it to this day! Their customer service is awful, and I have never had this much trouble from any company in the past and I will never use them for any future repairs again! I’m just giving this review so people will know my experience and why I have to give at least 1star.

They were very quick to answer the phone when I called. I made my first call before they were in the office for the day. The gentleman that answered was very polite and when I called back after they opened they were very quick to come out and fix my problem. I’m not sure what it cost for Freon these days but the time spent onsite was very quick and efficient. This is very much appreciated. Thanks again.

HEAT mechanical and Electric have completed several projects in our home. They are always very professional and clean up after themselves. Always extremely satisfied with the results.

Our older ac unit was getting ready to go out, so we called H.E.A.T. mechanical. This was our first time using this company, but it definitely won’t be our last. Their technicians were polite and on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did great work! We love our brand new unit and how much less expensive it is to run than our old unit. I am not a person who puts trust in those doing repairs, after being burned by contractors but the technician, Rob, was great at providing me options after he did a thorough check. With each step of the repair he gave me feedback on what needed to be done and why. Thanks for your hard work.

I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs!! I called Tuesday and talked to the receptionist and they were here Wednesday morning. The gentleman that repaired our unit was very professional and kind. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about them.

My AC went out 8/29 in the morning or early afternoon. HEAT is a local company and recommended by a long time friend who also uses them. Chris called me around 4P Sunday and would’ve come out then but it started raining. They gave me an 8-12 window for Monday morning, called a little after 08 and were there by 09. Mike did the diagnostics and repair quickly and was kind to my annoying inquisitive Lab dog who wanted to help outside.

I first heard of H.E.A.T Mechanical in Waxahachie by a recommendation from a contractor friend, who has many A/C contacts. We have had a very good experience with them. We first called them at an odd hour. They were prompt to respond and took a very personal interest in our problem. We are now on a maintenance program with them. This comes at a very reasonable cost and they are proactive in maintaining it. I highly recommend them.
