During inclement weather these guys were out and on a Sunday, when others wouldn’t. Then not only were they able to keep our system going for a few days so weather could clear to get the part, they were able to verify the parts were under warranty. We’ve been in our home for 7yrs and would not have even thought about the manufacture warranty. They served and saved, putting them 1st on my list for service and ethics! Great job and thank you. I highly recommend them and will be using these guys for all my annual services going forward due to the excellent service. Parts under warranty, just a service fee. WOW!

Andrew was the technition, called legacy and he was here within 2 hours, located the issues and was extreamly informative and professional. will never use a different company for my walk in cooler or Hvac needs.

My AC unit decided to stop blowing cool air late in the afternoon yesterday. Needless to say it was a HOT 🥵 night. Turns out a lizard 🦎 decided to take his chances and fried himself on the compressor which caused the issue. So I called the ONLY AC & heating company I truly trust and they got me all squared away in no time.

The very nice, professional and polite HVAC tech knew immediately what problems there were and fixed without hesitation. He explained everything he was doing and why things needed repaired. I will be a customer forever.

Andrew identified the problem immediately, based on what I had told him what was happening. He tried to clean the flame sensor,
but after cleaning it still wasn't working right. He went an bought the part and it worked properly. He made sure to check all operating parts of the furnace too.

Woke up to a freezing house. Our heater was not working it would not even turning on. We called Legacy Heating & Air and they came out quick got the issue fixed at an amazing price for the issue we had. Would recommend to anyone in need of any heating or air conditioning issue amazing company!!!

Legacy did a wonderful job replacing my old heat pump. The lead times are still long from Covid but they recharged my system when needed as we waited for the equipment. The technicians are professional and responsive. Will use again.

Update: I had an issue not related to the install of my new unit. Andrew and Randy worked at solving the riddle until they figured out what was causing my issues. This company is thorough, professional, easy to communicate with and just genuinely good to work with! Thanks again!

Came out at a moment's notice. Called around 7:30 am. They were here by 10:30. (The gods were smiling on us.) 100+ degree temps heat wave. AC wasn't cooling. Worst fear? New unit. $$000s!!??
