I needed to find a company that would be there for me every step of the way as I endeavor to repair, restore and remodel my 1901 Victorian in Milford. I was hoping to have some time since I wanted to have my foundation and septic done first, but I lost my main air conditioning unit a couple days ago. I saw O’Daniel Air mentioned on a Nextdoor app post. I called them yesterday and they sent a technician, Tony, out this morning. Tony is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am glad I contacted them and I will definitely be recommending O’Daniel Air and I will be calling them to help me later on. Thank you for a pleasant experience and giving me a cold house again.

O'Daniel Air came at 7 pm to repair my heater during the 2021 Arctic Blast. I had been without heat for 36 hours and they came as soon as I had power to diagnose and repair my heater. The bill was less than $100. I could not believe they did not charge me overtime. The technician was very polite and professional. I highly recommend O'Daniel Air.

I have used them several times when I’ve had an issue with my AC. They are very honest, friendly and their prices are good. They know what they are doing and they do not try to rip you off. They come out the same day and they will call and let you know they are on their way. I highly recommend this company!

We have been using O'Daniel Air for several years now. Tony services our unit every 6 months and is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. KC came out and repaired a duct connection that was installed incorrectly by another company. His custom sheet metal work was superb! I highly recommend O'daniel Air to anyone in the area.

I’m a facility manager at a school, every time I have a problem AR always here to save the day! They are the best in Texas ! 100% recommend them especially Bruce !

Found out my heater in my home was not working and called AR. Bruce came out the same day and evaluated the heater. He discovered it was more complicated than a typical fix with a piece that needed to be special ordered. Bruce did all the work on short notice, even requesting special permission to order the piece needed for repair directly from the manufacturer. Returned the next day and fixed the heater without a hitch in anticipation of a big storm. Can’t say enough good things about Bruce. Highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend AR AC and heating! Very prompt service, very transparent about what they would do and what they did, reasonable pricing. Estimates and payment is available online, so no more little notes on a napkin like some companies. AR is a small, family owned business, and they treat you as you would expect: like a neighbor. They do maintenance for our AC/heat units but also recently went under my house to replace torn and damaged insulation and make sure all of the ductwork was sound and sealed. Soon I will have them add a new duct run to a patio I enclosed many years ago that has been subject to our Texas cold and heat. Call them, you won't be sorry!

On what seemed to be the hottest day of summer I received amazing customer service from Corey and he sent a tech to my house who fixed my unit and made my day so much better. This company is not only a blessing but a life saver and I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They made me feel like I was family and not just another customer.
