Vortex Air Solutions is the company to get your air conditioner at! They are reliable, but also are professional in all aspects. Not only are they nice and easy to work with, but they know what they are doing.

We were having AC troubles (thermostat wasn’t getting signal from indoor unit) I called Vortex at 8am on a Sunday and they had Alex at my house in about 2 hours. He was very polite, and knowledgeable. He helped troubleshoot and get our air running again in no time. He even trimmed some of the rats nest of a wiring job that the installers left us with and made it neater and more efficient. I was impressed with Alex to the point that I went ahead and signed up for their service plan a little while after he was gone.

There was no pressure to buy anything and no BS about needing anything additional to the single part we needed. I like the fact that they’ll come out twice a year now to prepare my unit for summer and winter, and I know that any future AC issues will be handled the right way. Thanks to Alex

I had been waiting on my homeowners warranty to accept or denied a claim for about 5 days. My house was extremely hot. I gave up on my homeowners warranty and did my own research. I found Vortex Air Solution in Yelp! Erik M contacted me and he came out the next day. He was professional and on time for our appointment. He came to give me a repair and replacement quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly answering any questions I had. His quote on replacement of inside & outside unit saved me over 5 thousands dollars from other companies quotes. I was also able to get incentives and discounts. The day of installment Alex and Erik came on time and ready to work. They worked all day 7a.m.-5p.m. Alex installed the unit and they informed me of any needed adjustments at no additional cost. They wanted me to stay informed. Before you make a decision on your A/C project . At least call them out for a quote. They are the best. I will recommend them to everyone I know. These guys take pride in their work.

Excellent service I had my a/c go out on me due to the motor blower going out, Erik from vortex came out detected the issue quickly and got it up and running, also cleaned out the condenser outside and it’s running better than ever, without this Texas heat my ac is now able to keep up and cool down my house without any problems!!! Will be recommending them to my friends and family and will be using them in the future!!

Great experience overall. I am part of the monthly fee plan with Vortex Air. They visit twice a year to inspect my system. On this visit they repaired/replaces a blower motor on my unit. The technician was professional and efficient as always with Vortex. I would definitely recommend them. Great company!

They serviced my AC quickly and efficiently, and it was good to go in no time. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which I really appreciated. Professional, responsive, and reliable. I was highly impressed with Vortex! We knew our unit was limping along, we called Vortex out for a service call. The technician Omar Rodriguez found the issues once being a major leak in our coil. After showing us the price to relace the coil and other repairs, he also showed up pricing to replace the unit. It made more sense at this point to replace our 16 year old unit, especially with the Texas summer coming soon. Their service and prices are very reasonable better than we were previously quote by another company. The crew came the next day to install the new unit again highly impressed with the install crew as well. Very pleasant and answered any questions I had, as well as explained each step. If you are looking for service or even a new unit DEFINATELY CALL VORTEX!!

Vortex is the BEST. They installed my new A/C & Heating unit a couple of years ago after being referred to me by a friend. Ever since they remind me twice a year, Springs & Fall to have the units checked. They keep everything running in top-notch shape.

This company is an example of a family run business that has all the great qualities needed to be successful. They also operate with an unstated code of ethics at play. Last saturday my ac stopped working and i reached out to a mobile ac repair company. They promptly came out and suggested that my unit that has 2 years of warranty left was shot and i needed a new 15k unit that they would gladly help with financing. I agreed to a credit check. After multiple attempts to contact them, Nothing. I then called Johnson and they came out and replaced a reverser valve. Cost under 700 bucks. Works great. They have great family values and i swear by them. Others just want to get into them for 10 to 20k and walk. No ethics. This company Johnson Family is fantastic.
