If you need your HVAC replaced I highly recommend this company they did mine and there were very professional the best price after to many quotes and as a mom I feel very comfortable with them being working in my home they answered all my questions

The technician could have remedied the problem on 11/17/2025 by using Threadlock to prevent the screw from moving up again on the motor but he did not - telling me that he either did not know that he could use threadlock as another honest & reputable licensed Contractor company stated OR it is of my opinion that he is not licensed and qualified to be making repairs. Anyway - this caused the wheel and motor to make the same noise within less than 14days. The guy knew this would happen, and predicted that I would be foolish enough to use him again - stated that he had never seen this before. I was not going to be taken for a ride with my money. I hired someone who knew what they were doing and didn't begin fixing AC cooling or heating issues yesterday.

I recently contacted Hearing & cooling solutions for them to work on my AC and they did a very smooth, quick job, I would definitely recommend their services to anybody.

Nelson was professional and knowledgeable. He communicated with me during the entire maintenance process. He provided details on the specific tasks and explained to me the cooling numbers. He also took the time to reseal a couple of pipes where the sealant was worn. I really appreciated the customer service from Henry during my initial call to Trusted Heating and Cooling Solutions to Nelson performing the actual work. I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend this company. They came to do a new installation and it came out awsome. Professional and clean work. Staff is friendly and speak Spanish as well. Contact them, you wont regret it.

Excellent service by Nelson and team. My AC unit went out Sunday and he arrived about 2 hours after I called, he arrived today, Sunday, October 26th around 6:30 pm.

Nelson and his team arrived as scheduled and were very professional. Even before they entered my home they put on boot covers which was very thoughtful of them. I explained to Nelson what the issue was with my HVAC system and even before diagnosing anything he knew what the issue was right away. He proceeded to check both thermostat downstairs and upstairs. He later went up to the attic where my HVAC system was located and in less than 30 minutes my HVAC issue was RESOLVED/FIXED. Nelson explained to me what the issue was which did not require me ordering any parts or added cost which was very happy news to me. The fact that my HVAC has had this issue for months and never thought it would only take 30 minutes to FIX was mind blowing but thanks to Nelson and his team. Nelson's professionalism, honesty and prompt service saved me what could have cost me thousands of dollars, even more relieving is that this service call cost me a fraction of what I was thinking it would cost and saved me from the inconvenience of not having my AC working upstairs.They even offered me a 30 days warranty if anything should happen regarding this call which was very amazing to say the least.I highly recommend Trusted Heating and Cooling Solutions and if possible ask for Nelson as he's very knowledgeable and provides exceptional service. I called trusted Heating for a diagnostic on my HVAC system and a technician was senttomy location on the same day. He was fast, efficient and very informative. He diagnosed the issue, took upon himself to check my warranty and ended up saving me a lot of money. He repaired replaced some parts and I only paid for labor. He also showed me a great site to purchase air filters for less. He was in and out in about an hour. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I had a great experience. The initial shock of the cost to repair was quite frankly, shocking. But Eric, the owner of the company, took time to make sure the system was in warrantee. We found out that it was and the cost went down. We worked together to find the best way to keep my units running well and I even signed up for their Maintenance program, where they come out twice a year to Maintain the systems for us. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone with an A/c system.
