Jonathan Firm came out on a Saturday to rehab our whole breaker box, add a whole home surge protector, and 5 new GFI's. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and answered any questions I had. He made the whole process very easy on the family and our electric was only down for a few hours for all the work that was done. We highly recommend him for any electric work that you need.

My service window was 11:30- 1:30. I called at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30 for an update and never heard back. I called at 5:30 and requested for my service request to be cancelled if I had to wait past 8:00. The dispatchers were polite but explained that all they could do was notify the plumber of my updated ETA request. I never heard back from a plumber.

Thank you for the great customer service provided by Jennifer Robles (Trainee) and John (Trainer). I’m usually reluctant to have a trainee handle my plumbing needs, but Jennifer not only got the job done, she went above and beyond to make sure I understood all of their pricing options. I am a very satisfied customer!
