Recovering from foot surgery is no joke and takes a very long time. With my husband on overtime, I needed help. The dust was taking over! Thanks to Merry Maids, a good experience from start to finish, my home is sparkling. Well worth the money folks. A special thanks to Roy, who fielded my calls.

We were out of town for several months, with house guests using our place a number of times in our absence. Returning just a few days before we were expecting a number of guests for an event, we found the floors really dirty, a build up of dust everywhere, and lots of smudges and other signs of the "living" our guests had left behind. What to do? We called Merry Maids of South Houston, and they sent us Olga. What a GREAT experience. She showed up with all of her own cleaning equipment and went to work like a tornado, cleaning every moment until the house was sparkling and ready for our company. My wife says the refrigerator hasn't been this clean since we bought it 15 years ago. Thank you, thank you, OLGA for a job beautifully and meticulously done.

As a busy mom of three small children and two fur babies it’s easy to fall behind and feel overwhelmed. I was so impressed with the ladies that came to my home. They did an amazing job and where super friendly and left no surface untouched. Just knowing how detailed they are really puts my mind at ease.

Moved into a new house. The previous owner seemed to have never cleaned it in the 20 years they lived there and they smoked in the house. I felt sorry for the cleaners and didnt expect much improvement but to my shock it was exponentially better. It completely changed how I felt about all the improvements I am making to the home. The staff is amazing too. 10/10 would recommend.

I could not have asked for better service. They arrived on time and came prepared to tackle the task. My wife and I both work full-time and with 3 kids the house can sometimes get neglected. Merry Maids cleaned our home spotless, and was able to take some of the chaos from our busy schedules. They were friendly and professional and performed detailed work that we have been unable to do or hadn't even noticed. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for our home.

Merry Maids was brought to me by an organization that offers 2 free cleanings for people/families that are going through chemo. I had heard of it but really did not think I would need it. But as I entered into round 20 of chemo every other week I realized I was losing the battle. So I signed up and got a quick response. I assumed, by my own fault, that they would come in and perform a deep cleaning with the mind set that these folk going this need extra help. Rest assured, Merry Maids did not mention this so where my mind was and to what Merry Maids offered was my own fault. They did do a wonderful and thorough surface clean but again my mind set was different. I also want to say Merry Maids called me immediately about the review I have left. She explained to me the service provided was a standard cleaning and the could specialize a deep cleaning for 2 rooms for my second cleaning. Folks please don't think this was a negative review nor am I being unappreciative of the service brought to me. It just didn't align with what I thought was going to happen. Whether a communication breakdown or more likely a chemo brain moment either way I do thank Merry Maids for my surface clean. I'm thankful to the organization that offers and orchestrates this kind of service. I thank them for quick followup. And in no way would I not say don't give them a try. Have a blessed day.

I hired Merry Maids to come clean my office and they absolutely exceeded all expectations. As a business owner, one of my main focuses is the overall customer experience, and Merry Maids definitely delivered. I filled out an online inquiry on a Sunday afternoon and got a call Monday Morning to discuss my needs. Within an hour one of the owners was at my office to walk it with me to go over everything we needed done. After giving a very fair price, he had it scheduled almost immediately for me and even found someone to come by for a service that they didn’t offer. The entire process was incredibly seamless and the cleaning his crew did was outstanding. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

There was a young lady that came in to our home and took practically everything he had from my daughter’s books kitchen appliances and all of my wife jewelry she took the whole jewelry Box. But that was my wife fault she trusted her . My wife stepped out for about 30 minutes when she return the young pregnant woman was gone . I called someone said she was know longer working there she left right away. Never again we will be doing our on cleaning. Horrible business

I’ve used several cleaning services over the past 3–4 years and was never fully satisfied. While they did a decent job, small missed details always stood out. A few days ago, Merry Maids completed our second routine cleaning, and I was genuinely impressed. Olympia and Ruth did an exceptional job and paid close attention to details that are often overlooked.

Even my husband, who is very hard to please and had tried to convince me to stop using cleaning services altogether, was impressed. He specifically noticed that they vacuumed our couch in the spare bedroom and thoroughly cleaned underneath our beds and living room couches, areas that are frequently missed.

I found what we wanted and the young lady at the check out showed us a new plant.We liked it so much we bought it too. Very nice and helpful. The guy at the gate was pleasant on our way out. We like shopping there.

The employees here are worthless. No one wants to help. They sell huge trees but if you buy one, they won't even help you tie it down. If you just want to buy bedding flowers, this place is ok. As far as a nursery goes, they aren't even close.
