leonard and patrick helped me figure out if the marks from my spot cleaner that uses oxiclean would stay or would blend in after the rest of my carpets got cleaned. i'm happy to say my carpets and big shag rug have never looked better! plus, those spot cleaner marks are completely gone! i highly recommend using this carpet cleaning team, not only for their great carpet cleaning but also for their friendly customer service. they really care about the job and their customers.

it was a real pleasure having our office carpets cleaned in wilmer! i started out by reaching out to several carpet cleaning companies for quotes, but only a few got back to me. it was actually tougher than i thought to find a reliable carpet cleaning service we could use long-term. luckily, one company that responded quickly suggested another cleaner who might be a better fit for our big job. bruce got in touch with me right away to talk about what we needed and set up a time to give us a quote. he was the most reliable and punctual of everyone i spoke to, and didn’t try to sell me any extra carpet treatments we didn’t need. after taking careful measurements, bruce gave me a quote on the spot and then followed up in writing. everything was off to a great start, so i booked our cleaning for the weekend. i got friendly reminder emails before our scheduled cleaning, and on the day of the appointment, both bruce and patrick arrived 15 minutes early, which i really appreciated since i had to be at work that day. they got right to work, and before long, our office smelled fresh and the carpets looked the best they have in ages. they finished the job in the time they said they would, and even when i had extra questions, they didn’t try to upsell me anything. later that day, they emailed me a copy of the paid receipt for our records. at the start of the next week, i received a follow-up email checking to make sure we were happy with the results and reminding me of their guarantee—they said if anything didn’t look right after the carpets dried, we could call within a week for them to come back and fix it. not only were they on time and easy to work with, but they truly stand behind their carpet cleaning. overall, we were really happy with the professionalism, great customer service, and the results. it was a pleasure working with such a reliable team. we’ll definitely be using them for our regular office carpet cleanings, and i plan to have them out to my house in the future too!

Leonard and Bruce showed up promptly and performed an exceptional job. They maintained a professional and helpful demeanor throughout each phase of the carpet cleaning process, even providing superior advice for continuous maintenance. I would definitely engage their services again for my next carpet cleaning task a few months later in Wilmer.

Theodore and Patrick arrived on time, promptly outlined the carpet cleaning process, explaining each step in detail. They immediately got to work, showing impressive efficiency by completing the job in just a few hours, much quicker than anticipated. Once they finished, Theodore took the time to explain the various service plans available. We decided on the three-year plan and Theodore clarified how it would function and the associated guarantee that came with it. The previous day, Bruce and another team member did an equally good job on our carpets. We initially chose this company and after such a positive experience, they will continue to be our only choice for carpet cleaning services.

Montoya Family Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job on our carpet! The technician, Javier, was professional and knowledgeable. This was a superb experience all around. I'll definitely be using their carpet cleaning services in Wilmer in the future!

the team from montoya family carpet cleaners was fantastic! they showed up early and, instead of bringing in dirt, they even cleared the walkway before coming inside. bruce worked extra hard to vacuum under my king-sized bed, which really helped with my dust allergy. the carpet cleaning was top-notch—the oriental rug is looking bright and fresh again, and all the recent pet stains are completely gone. i’m so impressed with the service. can you also send me info about your wood floor cleaning and touch up services?

i called for carpet cleaning services after another company had cleaned our carpets but left them looking worse and blamed it on the carpet being old. the team that came out this time, javier and bruce, were true professionals and very responsive. with their years of experience, they were able to remove tough stains from our high-traffic areas that the previous cleaners couldn’t handle. they also back up their work with a guarantee, which gave me peace of mind. i was so impressed, i knew i’d use their carpet cleaning services again. i highly recommend this team for anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

I want to thank Montoya Family Carpet Cleaners for coming to my rescue. I had scheduled with another company before, but things didn't go well. Let me give you a straightforward review of my great experience with Montoya Family Carpet Cleaners. I work in the trades and usually take care of things myself because there are a lot of companies out there that just don’t do a good job. That was not the case this time—Javier really went above and beyond for me and my family! He was clear with the quote, giving us an itemized breakdown, and he explained any extra services we could add on without any pressure. The carpet cleaning was done really well, and he was both professional and friendly the whole time. I’m very particular about service, since I know how these things go, but I was really impressed and couldn’t be happier. Javier managed to refresh our old carpets just in time for our party and even fit in another room at the last minute. Every cent was worth it and I’ll definitely use them again!

We needed our carpets cleaned right away in Wilmer after moving all the furniture out. I reached out to Montoya Family Carpet Cleaners and Bruce picked up the phone right away. He was very friendly, listened to my situation, and managed to fit us into his busy schedule for a same-day cleaning. Bruce and Leonard showed up and were both very polite, professional, and helpful. They did a fantastic job on our carpets and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning. We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

We hired Montoya Family Carpet Cleaners to tackle some really old carpet that covers the walls of our church gym. There was decades of dirt and dust built up! The first cleaning method they tried didn't quite get the results we wanted, so after testing it on a small spot, Javier asked me to come check and discuss other options. Even though they had planned for just one day, the team kept coming back every day until the job was done right. It really made a huge difference in how the gym looks! Of course, the carpet is about 30 years old so it won’t ever look brand new, but now it’s so much fresher and cleaner, and it feels great knowing it was professionally cleaned. We'll definitely call them again for any future carpet cleaning or restoration needs!

I hired Montoya Family Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets in a house I had just bought, which hadn't been lived in for years. Leonard and Patrick were really professional with how they looked and talked to me. I appreciated that they called to let me know they would be a bit late. The carpets looked amazing when they finished, and they dried quickly, just a couple of hours after cleaning. I will use them for all my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

a carpet cleaning team came out to my house in wilmer a couple weeks ago. leonard took care of stretching several areas in my carpet and did a great job. the next day, bruce arrived to clean all the carpets throughout my home. he was extremely detailed and made my carpets look fresh and new! there were some stubborn stains in my son's room from an old keyboard mat that i could never remove, but bruce got every single one out. i was really impressed. i appreciate how professional and hardworking they are. if you're thinking about hiring a big company, try these folks instead. you'll be glad you did.

leonard arrived right on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, tile, and sofa in our new place here in wilmer. we moved into our home a few months ago, and the tile floors were left with a chalky haze from the builder’s grout work that looked dull and felt rough underfoot. leonard carefully cleaned all the tile floors using the right solutions and then pressure washed them, making them look bright and refreshed. he also did a thorough steam cleaning on our couch and ottoman, and they looked almost brand new afterward. my wife and i are really pleased with how clean everything turned out. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone in wilmer looking for great results and reliable service.
