I have been subjected to unsolicited text messages from this company. A significant concern is that these messages contain false claims of having already visited my residence. My attempts to stop this unauthorized contact by blocking their numbers have been unsuccessful, as they must use new numbers to continue their outreach. This pattern of deceptive marketing tactics and disregard for consumer privacy is highly unprofessional and indicative of untrustworthy business practices. 02//10/26

Trey was prompt professional

Tune up special they are currently running thinking it would be a bare minimum diagnostic. However, Trey went above and beyond my expectations He took pictures of before/after and explained the readouts on the diagnostic tool. I can instantly tell the difference in the performance of the unit.

My entire experience was a bit shaky, especially dealing with a tech who as unprofessional. However, between Bill Johnson and Tre who added the helped I needed, I’d recommend. If you are in the DFW and Tre is assigned to your job, just know that you’ll be serviced thoroughly and professionally.

When Trey got to the house it started out great the whole time. He listen to what all we had to say and he went to work letting us know what the problem was and what needed to be done. I will be with this company for now on. Thanks FRS Heating and Cooling

Trey and Derrell were professional in the installation of my 2 a/c units in one day. They were knowledgeable about the products, and in explaining what I as owner would need to know. They were beyond a doubt, the most respectful young men that I've encountered in a long time. Most importantly, my floors were protected from marks or debris.
I was very pleased with the service rendered.

Just have to say yesterday Trey came out to my daughters house in a timely manner installed a brand new compressor for my ac system got it up and running fixed any additional issues that he came across he also brought several items too my attention and advised me the best way to handle them. Then on top of that when I had a flat tire that I mentioned I had to take my tire off and bring it down to the tire shop he aired up my tire with an air compressor and followed me to discount tire making sure I made it okay. I don’t know of another ac company that would ever do that for me, Trey really went above and beyond and I will definitely be using fast response again in the future.

I purchased my system from fast response and they did a great job! They service my unit at no cost to me. The technicians came today for service and they were great!! I highly recommend fast response!!

Trey came out and did an outstanding job completely replacing our old, inefficient hvac system. Initially i thought I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for the install for days/weeks - but Fast Response was able to set the appointment the exact same day as the inspection! I'd like to give mention to Jose as well, who gave us the initial recommendations for a new system. We will be trusting Fast Response with our HVAC going forward!

These folks are great. Gave me lots of repair options to choose from that fit my budget. They were efficient with repairs and had a lot of appointment times that worked around our schedule. Will definitely be using these folks in the future.

Trey and Brandon replaced our heating unit recently (Trey had previously repaired our AC unit), and we have only good things to say about both. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They worked diligently the entire time they were at our house. I would recommend them and would be pleased to use their service again.

Fast Response was just that. Fast and professional. They just serviced my air vents and air system. Trey, Jason, Brandon and there was one other person, but I forgot his name, they were all amazing. I had 3 units done. They even asked me for air filters so they could change them for me.
