They were awesome! The ladies that came were very nice. Cleaned the house in detail and did a great job! I had dirt and junk coming out of places I didn’t know existed. Definitely recommend them. Totally worth it!!!! Will be doing this again.

Very impressed with the thoroughness of the cleaning crew! We did a move-in deep cleaning, and there is not a surface or floor that they did not completely clean. We added carpet cleaning for the whole house at the last minute and they were more than accommodating. Will 100% be using them again in the future!

I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed. MaidToGoUSA was able to book an appointment on a short notice. I was moving to another apartment and needed some pet stains removed. Luis did a great job leaving the carpet without a trace of a pet having lived there.

My first and WORST home cleaning services experience. I looked around and contacted 3 different cleaning services. MaidToGoUSA was the quickest to respond to me. If I don't remember wrong it was an off day for them, but they still answered which was awesome since I needed the service asap. I scheduled move-in cleaning service. The ladies showed up earlier than the scheduled time which is kudos to the service, unfortunately, the cleaning itself wasn't perfect for the price. HOWEVER, I reached out to the owner about the issue and he addressed it right away. The way he buckled down to the issue shows he cares about customer satisfaction. There were several spider webs around the house in places that could've easily been missed, which is what happened. Luis showed up with the same crew that cleaned my place and pointed out what they missed and gave his team guidance on how to fix it. I like the fact that he cares about the customer and he also trains his employees to have that mentality. He was very patient with his employee and very professional. The oven looked like new when they were done with it, I wish I had a picture to show before they cleaned it. Huge difference, great job. I also got my carpet cleaned with MaidToGoUSA and they did an awesome job. Overall, it was an awesome experience contracting with MaidToGoUSA. I HIGHLY recommend them to others.

Update Review: FEB 2, 2022 I recommended this services to my friend. It's an EMBARRASSMENT! First they were supposed to be here at 12:30PM they DIDN'T show DID'T even let my friend know. After several messages from my friends reaching out asking if they are gonna be there. They texted and said it would be 2:30 since they thought she said 2:30( my friend had a message conversation with them. she TEXTED 12:30, so I'm know sure how that can be a misunderstood). Then at 2:30 they were STILL NOT there and when she finally got a response they said they can't make it, if she can't wait she can just leave the door unlock and they will be there later. They wasted half of her day and because of them she wasn't able to move in today and has to reschedule everything. I should have known better to not recommend them. I already have bad services not sure why I think things would have change. We got our refund, but the damage for wasted time and frustration of not being able to move in because we trusted this service.

Update: I changed my rating to 4 stars. Fortunately we were able to get the issue resolved. I recommend verifying with the cleaners what work they are doing up front. The cleaners were very nice and did a great job with the actual cleaning.

I am sad to report that this company has not been responsive. They confused my house with another house that requested a deep clean. Although we only asked for a standard clean and were quoted the standard clean price, the cleaners performed a deep clean even though the house did not need a deep clean. We were over charged for their mistake and when asked to refund the money that was over-charged, they agreed over the phone, but then didn’t actually refund the money and won’t respond to messages regarding the issue.

I’m not one to post reviews but I was so impressed with how thorough these cleaners were while deep cleaning our home. They showed up on time, all workers were very warm/nice and professional, and the overall end product feels like we have a new home again. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for my commercial property as well.

MaidToGoUSA did a great job with the deep clean in our house! Every nook and cranny was cleaned! Very Nice and professional team! Luis also helped me with my carpet that had been previously put in after the hail storm. The carpet had started to bunch and needed to be stretched. After they stretched the carpet And cleaned it, it looks just like new carpet! Also my daughter had broken an entire bottle of red nail polish on her bedroom carpet. They were able to cut and put a new patch of new carpet in and it looks amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Norma is amazing and the cleaning staff is very friendly and efficient! I use them every 2 weeks for my 2 bed/2 bath apartment and they do and incredible job! One tiny little side note (knocked off one star), I did use their professional carpet cleaning service and asked if they could remove pet stains, they said yes so I did it and they did not remove any pets stains. The guy tried to say it was because I had already used other products to try and clean it but obviously that is why I wanted to get the shampoo because I couldn't do it myself. But the cleaning services are top notch and worth every dollar!!

These guys were phenomenal, they stayed extra late to make sure my house was spotless which it absolutely was. I ordered a deep clean service and they did more than I could have EVER imagined. Norma and Luis were so professional and made everything a breeze. My house has never been cleaner. Highly recommended!

Norma and Luis and their team epitomize professionalism, quality of service , attention to detail and a desire to meet or exceed the clients expectations. They leave nothing to chance. All base boards, floors, counter-tops, showers, doors and shutters wiped down plus anything you can possibly think of is cleaned with excellence. I truly appreciate the job they did on our home. I have always had a house keeper but these guys are exceptional. They are at the top of their industry.

This is my first comment of any sort in terms of reviewing a business, but I had to comment on MaidToGoUSA. Norma and her team are awesome. I am a full-time parent and having her team help clean our small house once a month at an affordable price has been extremely helpful. Norma and her team are friendly, courteous and flexible. I have used this company consistently for over 9 months; they are that good and detailed. Highly recommend them!

We have used this company twice so far. Once for a deep clean, which we loved, and then for a regular biweekly cleaning with our master bedroom having the carpet cleaned. The cleaning team is great and professional. We feel they do an amazing job. Very reasonably priced. If you are looking for just a deep

Our team did a fantastic job!! We had a one time deep clean completed before our baby comes in a week. Everything is shiny and spotless, and smells great. Even places we didn’t expect are clean! Even pictures on the wall and the kitchen appliances were wiped down! We have very large dogs that shed a bunch and they did wonders with all the hair. Very pleased!

They knocked out a deep clean at my house, which had never been deep cleaned, and I am so impressed. Super responsive, super friendly, and my house looked amazing!

They even went above and beyond and did some things I didn’t expect that added nice little touches - I told them not to worry about my kids’ bedrooms because they were TRASSSHED, but they did them anyway, made their beds, and left them looking better than ever before.

They’ll be handling my cleaning needs from now on. So much love for these guys and I’d recommend to anyone.

We were amazed with their service. We own a big house and have 4 pets. We knew it wouldn’t be an easy task to get the house deep clean. The reason we were impressed was that from the time they arrived to the last hour of cleaning the attention to detail was the same. I was asked several times through the day if I was satisfied with the way things were been done, as they take one room at the time and never rushing the process, from baseboards, to vents, to dusting in detail every window blind, walls and ceilings corners, our home now smells and looks wonderful. The owner is extremely efficient when scheduling and checking up on the progress of the house through out the day. We are now on their books to continue cleaning our home periodically.

I’ve gotten so busy lately and my house was in need of a good cleaning. I was overwhelmed just trying to figure out where to start. I decided to check out a cleaning service, called Maid to Go based on reviews, and I am so glad that I did. I called on Thursday, Norma stopped by that afternoon and I scheduled a deep cleaning for Saturday (today).

We just returned home and we are in awe. The house is immaculate. They didn’t miss a single thing. It’s very obvious that they took the time and care to exceed our expectations. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and worked with efficiency to ensure they met the amount of time that was estimated during our first meeting.

I will be setting up regular service. I’d give 100 stars if that were an option. I highly recommend this company.

Luis and his crew were amazing! They were so thorough and very professional, kind, trustworthy, and attentive to all of our needs for the house. They prepared our 4800 sqft home for make ready after our move out in only a few hours. The ladies are insanely good at their job. The kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, etc were glowing after the clean up. Highly recommended for your cleaning needs.

Absolutely amazing service! We were in the process of moving and going through remodeling of our house and needed a deep cleaning service.
I called Norma and she was able to schedule me in within three days - and did PHENOMENAL! I am honestly in shock of what an amazing job they did. They didn’t miss a thing and worked so hard to make our house look amazing. It smells amazing too!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them for a bi-weekly service! They are WONDERFUL! If you are thinking about using a cleaning service I would 100% do it with Norma and Maids to Go!
