TL;DR: Extremely unprofessional service that did not communicate. Ultimately had to cancel service because I got tired of waiting for them. Would highly recommend Texas Tree Surgeons over this company.

Was looking to hire someone to come grind a large stump in our backyard. Called Keane Landscaping/North Texas Trees and they sent out a sales rep, Hayden, to do an estimate. Hayden did come out quickly to give estimate, but did not even enter background to estimate stump size. Just peaked over the fence at it and gave an estimate. Either way, the price was going to be cheap, so we elected to go with them. This was on a Thursday and was told by Hayden that the service would get completed "hopefully by Friday if not Monday!" The invoice came the very next day in the mail (an efficient office, but strange given that the service had not yet been completed).

Friday and Monday both pass, so I reach out to Hayden via text Tuesday morning at 7:56am. It is not until after 2:00pm that Hayden texts me back, saying he just now saw the text. The unfortunate thing is, Hayden has the read receipts option turned on, so I was able to see that he did in fact read my text at 8:00am the same morning, just decided not to text me back. (Hayden, if you are going to lie about not seeing a text from a client, I would recommend turning off your read receipts.) Hayden then says that the service is on the schedule for the next day (Wednesday), "most likely mid morning".

4:00pm roles around on Wednesday and still no service had been completed. Had not heard anything from Hayden or the company, so I call their office and was told that the other job ran late and my service was being pushed back to the next day. Either Hayden and the office rep were lying, or the company had a terrible record of estimating job lengths, as my job was supposed to be completed "mid morning", so for the other job to take all day is ridiculous. Obviously, Hayden and the office rep were just lying and they had no interest or real rush to complete my job.

At this point, decided to cancel the service and go with Texas Tree Surgeons. So far, they have been highly efficient and sent someone the very next morning. Would highly recommend that anyone not do business with Keane Landscaping/North Texas Trees.

The best in the Tree Business! I would never trust any other company to take care of my beloved trees. They are incredibly precise and take all the right precautions to make customers feel like they are in the best hands!

Came out and gave me an honest evaluation of my trees and didn’t charge me anything. Gave me tons of information about how to care for my trees. I’ll be calling them when my trees fill back in so that they can trim them the correct way this time. My landscaping company won’t be trimming my trees know that I know what North Texas Trees told me. Great company!

Been using them for over 20 years; best care anywhere!

This was my first time using Arborilogical Services and I will be using them again in the future without hesitation. They were extremely professional and courteous. In addition to tree trimming, they also removed eight very large, very old shrubs. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they performed.

My trees look wonderful!! This was a first pruning of five year old trees that were horribly misshapen. Now they are beautifully pruned and have a wonderful shape. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. I will be calling again when the trees need another "haircut".

My neighbors in Lake Highlands use Arborilogical Services, and I can see after using them on my front yard red oak as well. Very easy to work with and did a great job trimming our tree after several years of unmanaged growth.

Arborilogical Services is a honest outstanding company. They have taken excellent care of our trees for the last 7 years---from pruning our trees to treating our Red Oaks with a needed iron treatment.

We have used Arborilogical Services for many years. They deep root feed trees on our property twice a year, trim trees when necessary, and in this case removed a large pine tree that had died. As usual they arrived on time on the date specified, spent the day removing the tree, and returned the next day to grind the stump. This firm has never failed to provide great service.

I requested someone come out and give an estimate to trim a tree. Nicholas Schiwitz came out, but rather than recommending an expensive trim he advised me to wait a year or so to allow the tree to better develop. He gave a quick lesson on what I could do with some of the low hanging small limbs and adjustments to the watering pattern. Very professional, arrived on time and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using this company for all tree service going forward. Thanks again Nicholas for your help.

The crew is amazing! They cleared the dead branches from multiple trees in my front and back yards. I had to leave home before they finished the work. When I returned, I couldn't even tell they had been there...except for the beautiful, fresh, new look of my trees. They thoroughly cleaned up the fallen branches and leaves. Even my driveway was clear. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Do not use them! Worst public relations ever..
I use to recommend them to everyone! They trimmed my neighbors tree and my air conditioner shorted out shortly after they left. Fresh leaves were found around the air conditioner with the control panel on the ground. The repairman has to readjust the unit on the pad.
I left 5 messages and 1 email on a Friday and Monday with no return phone call. It was 102 outside and we had no air. Sadly all I wanted was for them to pay the $75 service to get it fixed.
They also left my yard with degree in it but my neighbor who paid for the service was spotless.

I've used ASI in the past. Called them again to clean up my large 25 year old cedar elm tree. When they were done, I went out to look at the tree and could tell they did a lot of thinning (which I requested). Not a leaf or branch was left on the ground...clean up was excellent. Could not even tell they had been there except my tree looks clean and awesome!

Another outstanding visit by the pro team from Arborilogical Services. Arborist Chris Brewer and the climbing crew headed by Miguel expertly thinned and trimmed a large pecan and removed a medium sized Ligustrum at the pond. Chris always gives us sound, expert, and locally-focused guidance. Miguel and his crew not only did top-notch work in the trees, they thoroughly cleaned and chipped all the trimmings, leaving the site looking better than when they arrived. We've used them for almost 20 years and hope to for at least another 20.

Always excellent, courteous, and professional service. Have been using them for more than 15 years. Knowledgeable. Keep our trees healthy and fertilized. Manage mistletoe infection in couple of cedar elms. If you want your trees to have long lives, call these professionals (and stay away from those cheap fly-by-nights driving by in a pickup with a chainsaw.)

2022 Revised: new management policies has priced them off the scale for me. Unless you're loaded, might want to shop around.

There are so many choices within the DFW metroplex for tree surgeons. Do not look any further. These people are amazing. The tree comes first! Once contacted, the team is proactive, empathetic and will give you an honest assessment of the situation.

The work crew are second to none. Every time my extended family has called upon the team in the last 25+ years, they have never faltered.
