Working with this company has been easy and a delight, from the office staff to the arborist to the workers on site! Our trees look amazing, and the process was well-communicated. Thank you!

We are long time (20+ years) customers of Arborilogical Services and have always and only had 5 star experiences with them. This time was no exception. We had a large pistachio tree pruned and Crew 1 (David Vicente & Javier) did a fantastic job. Arborist Sarah Sours explained our (what i thought was a fairly complicated) pruning plan to David in about 3 minutes, and then David & Javier executed the plan perfectly and the result exceeded my expectations. really great work, performed competently, safely, and cleanly. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Arborilogical, and highly commend David & Javier for a superb job! Thanks!

Arborilogical Services is a wonderful place to do business with. We recently had a limb crack in the heavy winds we recently experienced. Sherry was on top of it. Their crew was out early the next morning and it was taken care of in 45 minutes. The crew was professional and friendly. They even cleaned up the smaller branches and leaves that fell, many of which were there before they even cut down the tree. Arborilogical Services is our “go-to” for help with any of our trees!!

They have an arborist supervising the work. Quote process is very efficient and thorough. Pruning team arrived on time. Excellent job completing all of the pruning work. Tremendous job cleaning up the clippings. We have been using this company for several years. Highly recommend them.

Another outstanding job by the pro team at Arborilogical Services led by Sarah Sours. The crew did an amazing job of triming red oaks, sweet gums, cut down dead pine trees and all of the fine tuning required to have a fabulous looking home. The work is in the planning, details and the talented crew who has incredible knowledge and a good eye for aesthetics. Everything was cleaned up and spotless.

We needed our live oak pruned back from the roof and lots of water sprouts cleared out. Arborilogical quoted us a good price for the service, scheduled us quickly, did beautiful work, and hauled away all the brush. Will definitely call them the next time we need a prune!

I called Arborilogical Services early last year when we lost a very large, mature post oak in out front yard. We have over 70 large post oaks on our property didn't want to lose anymore. They sent Sarah and she was wonderful. She walked out property with us and inspected every tree. We asked a lot of questions about how to maintain their health and she was a wealth of knowledge. We've been using them since . They are responsive and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future if we have concerns about our beloved trees.

Work has always been very good. However, in trying to pay my bill I could find no way of searching the site by invoice number to find if it had been paid. Called accounting in both Plano number and Fort Worth an no live person in office or accounting. Left message with person once and asked to have accounting call me and never heard from them.

I contacted Arborilogical Services initially because I wanted to have two trees trimmed. I also asked for advice about the continuing care of those trees and was given what I believe was a very knowledgeable assessment and practical recommendations. While I had not originally asked about the Crepe Myrtles in my front beds, the Arborist observed that they were in poor condition and recommended a treatment with a fertilizer and insecticide to improve their health. He also recommended a fertilizer program for my Sweet Gum. The crew that trimmed my trees arrived on time and were very efficient in performing the work. They completely cleaned up the trimmings and hauled them away. I am a completely satisfied customer who would not hesitate to recommend Arborilogical Services to anyone. They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, courteous, efficient -- an all around positive experience.

I had two Holly trees that took a beating from the most recent ice storm. I called and left a message on Friday afternoon. Monday morning at ten Sherry was there to assess the damage. She felt they could be saved, but would look very different when done. She provided pricing for 1) cutting away storm damage and trimming or 2) full removal.
Not two hours after Sherry left, one of those "two guys and a truck" knocked on my door. They offered to trim out the trees and "make 'em real nice" for $400. I laughed and said "no thanks".
Here's the lesson: Always hire a professional. They know what they are doing, and no, they are not more expensive. In fact, Arborilogical did the job for $240. 67% cheaper than the "two guys and a truck".
And...the trees look much better than expected. Very happy customer. -
Estimate was provided in a timely manner and was reasonable but not cheap. . Appointment was quite a ways out (6 weeks). But, we requested to be informed of any cancellations and they were able to move us up a couple of weeks.
The workers were thorough and careful. They did not damage any of or plants, decorative maples or property (roof, fences). They did a very good job cleaning up too.
We will use them again. Most of our tree trimming has to be done using rope rigs and I would not want to hire anyone else. -
Kevin and Arborilogical Services, has been maintaining our trees for 25 years, their experience, personnel, overall service is excellent. Bill

Arborilogical came recommended by a local landscape architect. They were quick to respond to our request for services. They came out and assessed our needs and the quote was very fair. Once we were scheduled they arrived on time, preformed the work well, and took at the debris with them. We are grateful for their service and professionalism.

We have been very impressed with Arborilogical Services. We used them for two different jobs. One was trimming our mature oak trees last year and this time removing two tall bushes that covered our front porch. They did a great job on both. They offer suggestions on how to prevent our tress from splitting. They have good communication and always respond in a timely manner.

Ten years ago, Arborilogical Services began to treat a giant Red Oak tree in our front yard that was more dead than alive. The tree is now as beautiful as any other in our neighborhood. Great expertise and service at reasonable price.

For the best tree care I recommend Arborilogical Services. Their service is prompt, friendly and professional. After the recent windstorm Arborilogical responded, provided a clear and thorough estimate, and scheduled my work within just a few days. Special thanks to Certified Arborist Haley Vincze for her detailed and professional solution to save my tree, and to Scheduling Supervisor Amber Grisham for great communications at every step. Haley and Amber are part of a great team at Arborilogical. They are so proud of their staff and qualifications they publish their photos and bios right on the website. Check it out. I think you’ll be happy you chose Arborilogical.

Nick and Crew 5 did an outstanding job trimming my 30 year old Live Oak and 30 year old Magnolia. We had them trimmed many times before and regret we did not know about this group. Nick was very patient and listened to all my concerns about how large the trees had grown and the complications we encountered. He guided me through options and did not push any agenda. Crew 5 did the best job trimming our trees that has every been done. I highly recommend them and will never use anyone else. We had several bids and this was the most reasonable and our trees have never looked more beautiful.

I hate writing reviews when I don't use a service but here is why I didn't. On October 1, a young lady came out to give me an estimate on two oak trees I needed trimmed. I expected this to run me about $1500 and, based on reviews and radio personality endorsements, I really wanted to use them. She told me it would take a week to get me an estimate (wow, again two trees, not a forest needing work). After 10 days, I called 2 other favorably reviewed companies and had estimates the same day they came out. Here we are, now 16 days later, and still not a word from this company. I guess they are really way too busy, but at least tell me you don't care to do jobs that only have two large trees, don't just quietly blow me off.

I have used Arborilogical Services for over 30 years. I find that they have the expertise to know when and how to prune and care for the trees on my property. Others can come and cut at all times of the year. Arborilogical Services knows the science behind when to prune my live oaks

Did not meet expectations unfortunately.
The day they showed up to trim, we were told they would need access to our neighbors yard to complete trimming on one of our live oaks. This should have been communicated to us long before the company showed up. Nobody wants to burden their neighbors the day of…
In addition, they showed up and told us they were unable to touch one of our largest live oaks due to proximity of city power lines. We’d have to call the utility company, schedule a trim, then have Arborilogical Services back out to complete work. Again, this is another major detail that should’ve been communicated to us well before work was scheduled. We are now waiting on Oncor to come out and trim back the branches.
Finally, I thought the price was a bit high for just removal of 1” diameter dead branches. We were expecting some grooming, but found out all we paid for was removal of dead branches. This one may be on us, but I suggest new customers clarify if there will be removal of dead branches only or grooming or both baked into your estimate. -
The experts at Arborilogical services have cared for our aging trees for ten years. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are knowledgeable, skilled, professional and pleasant. They get the trade offs between what to do now, and what to do later. Their climbing crew is like a three dimensional ballet troupe: graceful, safe, cooperative, purposeful, effective. They clearly know their craft, and take care for each other and the client's property as they do their work. Beyond the work they do, their advice is golden. While on site working up estimates for care of our older trees, Bryan has given many helpful suggestions about what other things we might plant where, how to care for our trees between their visits, and what to think about in years to come. Above and beyond it all, they are just nice people. From the most junior climber's helper to the most senior arborist on site, these folks are simply a joy to be around. If one of my sons grew to practice his trade with that kind of skill and came to treat his customers with that kind of kindness, well that would be success indeed. You'll be pleased to have the Arborilogical team visit your home or business.
