Tim was great. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very prompt too.

I didn’t make it home in time to watch the crew but they were in and out in a couple hours. Did a great job on my front, side and backyard trees.

The best part, they didn’t leave a trace that they were there - the yard was super clean! I wouldn’t have minded having the pile out front for a couple days either. The crew lead texted me when they were on their way and corresponded my ETA even though I didn’t make it in time. LOL

Highly recommend and will be using them again in the next year or so.

I have known these guys for a long time. AJ Morris and Tim Waswick own the company. They are the real deal! These guys are efficient and have great relationships with all of their customers. They are very good at what they do. Their pricing is competitive as well! Michael Bruce is most likely the guy you will deal with if you need an estimate. He has over 14 years of customer service and it shows! Now, when you call in with questions you'll probably end up talking to the office manager Diana. She's extremely helpful! She was able to help me out with all my questions! If you have some trees in the way of your house or in your life, you'll want to give these guys a call!

After having issues with a tree on my property, I reached out to Aspen tree service to see if they could give me some advice on how to manage the tree. They were knowledgeable and efficient. After trimming off all the dead branches and doing some root work my tree has never looked better. I would definitely recommend for any future tree work!

I was referred to Aspen Tree Service by my landscaping company, because there were some needed dead branch removal and trimming that they did not have the equipment to do. I received several estimates from other arborists that were way overpriced.

The crew that completed the project were professional and pleasant to work with. They performed a walk-through with me to ensure I was happy with the job done.

Mike was awesome coming out and helping my parents with figuring out what to do with the two trees that have that needed to be removed. He educated us about different ways to remove the trees and also other tree services they offer.
My parents are happy with the pricing and looking to get the trees removed later this year.

I have used Aspen Tree Service multiple times and highly recommend them. Most recently, when a tree toppled on my roof on a early Sunday morning, they arrived by 9AM to start the removal. Although removing the caught limb involved endangering a large picture window, the Aspen workers were able to do so with no damage. Their workers are professionals and always clean up impeccably when finished.

Tim, AJ, the crew, and the couple who came out to grind the stump were all top notch. The pricing was very fair for the amount of work required, they used remaining billable hours to cut down some shrubs we had in the front and back, and I would recommend them to everyone. We are very happy with the results and professionalism!

Wonderful tree service! They had a tricky job getting down our 2 trees between our house and the neighbor’s. But they did it and then ground the stumps down really well. They are very knowledgeable about trees and their care. I definitely will be using them again.

Found that the trunk on my 20 year old Chinese Pistache tree had started to split, called Aspen Tree Service, they returned my call within 30 minutes, had someone out to look at it same day. AJ was friendly and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my tree and gave me options to avoid losing the tree. The work was completed within 24 hours, exactly as explained. Would recommend Aspen Tree Service to anyone needing an arborist.
