Excellent experience with Arborilogical Services. Phone reps, arborist, and staff that did the service all did an excellent job and each did their job right. Had a tree break and fall due to a storm. Response rate was perfect and service was service done seamlessly. Yard was left clean as if nothing was there. Prices were very good and fair to the market. I would definitely recommend Arborilogical Services and would call them the next time I need any tree related work. Thank you for your help.

Fantastic job trimming our oaks and stabilizing another tree with cables. Nick's expertise really showed through as he directed the crew to trim our trees above the roof, and they also listened to our request to let a bit more light into our garden area. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the crew cleaned up everything and didn't leave any mess at all. You can tell the whole company really cares about doing a quality job, not just making a buck and moving on. I would highly recommend Arborilogical Services to anyone who needs their trees trimmed or stabilized.

We had a rather unusual issue with our tree planted 34 years ago in the parkway. I contacted Neil Sperry for advice and he suggested contacting an Arborilogical Services to obtain more detail as to what to do. Wow...they sent Nicholas Schiwitz to consult with us and in addition to his knowledgeable comments, this young man could not have been more gracious and polite. What a pleasure it was to have him out! With Nick's help, we have a plan of action going forward. I can't thank him, his company, or Neil Sperry enough for the recommendation. The value is simply outstanding. We are thrilled to be "part of the club" now.

They use professional climbing gear to navigate tree tops and are right at where the can see what needs to happen, and do it with utmost safety. The are very good about contacting and are always early for their appointments. I could think of more great words to use, and the list would be long on the pros.

Haley Flores with Arborilogical Services came to my property mid-June to inspect a mature Red Oak that had a concerning black area on it. She was SUPER kind, very professional and quite helpful. Arborilogical Services are true professionals and artists! They trimmed my 2 oak trees and crepe myrtles last week. They arrived early morning and worked all day trimming and cleaning up as they went. By the time they left my trees were beautifully trimmed and all the trimmings were chopped up and taken away. I will never let another company touch my valuable trees!

My husband and I continue to marvel at the masterful job the crew from Arborilogical Services did on the trees on our property! Following a thorough and thoughtful assessment of our needs by Sarah, the arborist, a crew of three very talented men went to work with precision and care. When they finished, the trees were transformed. Our giant live oak is now as beautiful as any tree growing beside Turtle Creek or on an expensive estate! The cleanup was spectacular—and the entire project was very reasonably priced!

Once again first class service. We had a few large dead branches that needed to be cleared out. The arborist came out and explained the recommendation and options. We got an email with a clear price to agree to. A few days later the crew came out did the work and cleaned up all the 'debris". The trees look great and are now safe!

The arborist came to take a look very soon after I requested a quote and the work was scheduled quickly after we authorized it. The team also completed the work on the two trees very quickly and completely cleaned up the surrounding area before leaving. Couldn't expect anything more from any service provider - super responsive and did exactly what we wanted!

These guys are great! Did a very thorough inspection and discussed recommendations. They did a great job removing mistletoe and trimming— scary to watch but fabulous job! Highly recommended.

From the first contact, this company is definitely on point. We have an American Elm that was damaged by storm. Glad to see the tree is starting to thrive after their pruning. Looking forward to having them provide their knowledge for years to come.

I have used Arborilogical Services for more than 5 years. They are knowledgeable, considerate and appropriately priced. They make sure they are doing the work you want. They are meticulous with both the work and the cleanup after. This year was tree trimming and pruning but I have had them remove trees and they have done cabling for me in the past.

I get free mulch from Arborilogical Services! I love that they provide free mulch. You do have to call and they will check to make sure they have mulch on site. In addition, it can be picked up 9:00 -11:00 AM and then again 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM. But do check their timing by calling them. Their employees are very sweet and professional.

Sometimes they also have large tree chunks that I pick up and use as decoration for my flower beds.

I can not give enough praise to Mike and his team at Aspen Tree Service. Not only was he courteous and responsive to all my questions but the removal of the tree and clean up was done professionally. We had a tree in a very bad location on the property near power/telephone lines, building and a high traffic public road. Aspen came out on time and worked quickly and followed up with me to make sure the service done was up to my standards. Aspen Tree Service and I will be working together on any other projects that I need to handle.

WOW! What a group of Pro’s. They did a terrific job. We could not have been more pleased. They cleaned up EVERYTHING, and they called the next day to make certain we were pleased. I would definitely refer them to my friends. And they’re Certified Arborists as well! They know their stuff.

Had a tree in a family member's yard (in the Duncanville TX area) knocked down by a hit-and-run vehicle, the tree landed on and damaged the roof of our garage. AJ and crew came out and quickly removed it from the roof so we could get that fixed. We requested that they come back later and completely remove the tree and debris. Also had them grind out the stump. They were very professional and easy to work with. The area where the tree had been is now totally cleaned up and looks great. You can't even tell where the stump had been.

I highly recommend them and would use them again!

After a storm I called Aspen tree service to assess damage. They were able to come the next day to give me a quote. I am very happy with the job the crew did.
