I needed service on a Saturday, so I started calling around to HVAC repair companies. Everybody's number went straight to voicemail. John was the only one that actually answered his phone even though he was in a personal appointment of his own. He said that he needed to call his service team to see who was in the area to come out and look at my issue. After less than 10 minutes he called back and said that no one was available so he would come out himself and take a look. John is a super personable guy. Within 20 minutes he had my AC back up and running. He knew exactly what the issues could have been and quickly diagnosed the problem. Absolute professioanlism. THIS is the exact reason that I wanted to call a local company. I'm most likely going to get set up with a regular maitenance plan with Baez Heating and Air because these guys are the whole enchilada - availablity, knowledge, and customer service.

Last night, we experienced an issue with our AC - the fan stopped working and the vents were only blowing hot air. We reached out to various HVAC companies, but we're faced with the prospect of a long wait without any AC which was not an option given the expected temperatures of 106+ degrees.

Fortunately, the next morning we found Baez Heating and Air Conditioning. I made a call at 8:30 AM and by 9:30 AM, they were already on site. John quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly got our system back up and running. He also offered valuable advice on how to keep our system functioning optimally. His expertise, friendly demeanor, prompt service and fair pricing have earned us as repeat customers.

Many thanks to John Baez and his brother and their crew who did an awesome job on replacing my 18 yr old central air and heating system today in only 5 hours! That was after seeing it yesterday for the first time! Sunday afternoon my outside unit actually caught fire (never saw that before) and my regular AC tech told me when he saw it Tuesday it was above his pay grade. I called BAEZ AC after finding them online and they were out at 7:00 AM Wednesday and came back the next day and replaced the entire system. They were great to work with, listening carefully to my concerns and needs, and helping me design just the right system for my 2750 sq ft of air conditioned space. I am confident I got a great deal and everything is up to code. I highly recommend this company. I did not feel pressured to buy more than I needed or to add bells and whistles. This is very important to me as I’m over 70 although I’m still working full time. I certainly know who will be doing the ongoing routine maintenance on my system! John and Steve were totally awesome and worked with such a profound sense of care and respect far beyond what I've ever experienced. They each took the time to carefully explain each and every detail about what they were doing and why they were doing it, they were very patient with me in answering all my questions and describing in great detail their answers to my questions. They both definitely put the customer and their families first before themselves and make sure that your ac unit is in proper condition and working order, it goes without saying I won't call anyone else besides Baez heating and air for all my future Hvac needs. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone else who may need their hvac serviced!

Our AC went out on Sunday. Monday, John came out and diagnosed the issue. The next day his crew was here replacing our AC unit. Everything was done before the end of the day Tuesday!

Baez Heating ! What can I say! John you are a life saver! I just moved into my new house 6 months ago and the mice was able to get in my AC unit outside and chewed off my wires where my compressor was no longer running. Called the vendor for my new house and of course its not covered under warranty and they were charging me and arm and a leg! So a friend recommended Baez Heating and they understood the assignment! Took care of my problem and the cost was half of what the other vendors were charging. They came fixed it up and 💥 boom cold air in the house! I was way across town too! If it wasn't for them I don't know if I would have been able to afford to get it fixed . Thank you John for the quick reply and job you did for me. You will be on top of my list !!
