One cold Saturday morning he came and was able to fix our heater so fast less than I expected, reasonable price; he knows his business this guy is great .

We spent 30 days without AC. Marty was the 8th person to come look at it after our home warranty sent 7 people who said they couldn’t fix it before we decided to pay out of pocket. Conway quoted us nearly 20x the amount. Marty was here when he said, was upfront about what we needed, and finished the work in the same day. I’ll definitely be calling next time we have an issue.

Our thermostat kept blowing a fuse late afternoon on a Thursday. He gave my husband a couple things to troubleshoot over the phone and when those didn’t work he showed up 30 min later on his way home. He found the issue and had the upstairs cooking in short time.

Although my A/C worked just fine, I scheduled an appointment to have it serviced. When Mr. Childress arrived (and he arrived right on time), he asked a few questions and began working. After about an hour, I was prepared to hear that my A/C required some unnecessary additional repairs. But quite the contrary, it became very apparent to me that Mr. Childress took his time to ensure the job was done thoroughly and correctly. The cost did not vary from the quote he provided when I made the appointment. Mr. Childress is very skilled and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.

Five Star Heating and AC have replaced both of my AC units. Additionally, I use them for the yearly maintenance and check ups.

What I appreciate the most is that they have never been late nor missed an appointment. In fact, I have called once at 7 am with an issue and they arrived with in an hour, in between jobs, to check out the issue. This is a very customer first business and they have tried very hard to be accommodating.

Great service. My unit stop working in the hot summer month of July. 5 Star came out and solve my A/C problem. Brand New unit installed, explained how to maintain and operate the unit. Would rate 10 stars if I could! Mr. Childress and his team were great. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, honesty, and pride in work was refreshing. Our A/C wasn't sending cool air right before the 4th of July... Mr. Childress quickly came out, correctly diagnosed the underlaying issues, took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and had us fixed up in no time.
