We called Baez for our heater that stopped working right before a cold front. They scheduled us in promptly and the guys that came to fix our heater were nice, friendly and very professional. I was able to work from home and have meetings while they worked quietly down the hall. They even gave us good information about our heating system and the general maintenance needed. Thank you! We're so happy to be toasty warm during this cold front!

They were super nice and really fast. John managed to send someone out same day to replace our capacitor. It didn't even take them an hour from diagnosis to repair. The guys were friendly and chill. We'll definitely be calling them again. Thank y'all so much!

We have a Mr. Cool mini split with two heads. We have had such a hard time finding competent contractors to work on it. Many say they can, but they can't really. After a month of dealing with someone that didn't know what they were doing, we found Baez!!!! They came out within a day and assessed our issue and we were completely fixed and up and running within the next day. They are great communicators. Prompt, polite and they do amazing work. I strongly recommend Baez.

We called Baez for the first time to check out our upstairs are conditioner. After inspection they provided us a number of options from repairing our 11 year old system to installing new. We felt that the best option was a replacement unit. The cost proposed was competitive but what made this a great purchase was the quality of the install. As a family owned business reputation is the heart of their business which is reflective in the quality of the work. I know enough to be dangerous when it comes to HVAC repair. The solder joints in the copper pipe connections were perfect . They tarped our hardwood and carpet. The drip pan in the attic was installed with a clean out valve etc. Truly professionals from start to finish.

John and his team did a fantastic job of removing the old unit and installing a new HVAC system. He took the time to personally walk me through all aspects of maintenance and how to optimize the performance of the new unit. His team even set up our new smart thermostat with the system at no additional charge. They worked fast and efficiently with a clear line of communication as to when they would arrive and when they expected to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to update/replace their HVAC!

Being pregnant means we are way more picky about who comes into our house for repairs. Our AC unit started making weird noises back in the summer and we needed someone trustworthy. Air Conditioning Champions came out the same week we called. The technician was thorough and walked us through everything he was doing. He wore shoe covers without us even asking and kept the work area clean. The repair took about two hours and cost around $340 which seemed fair compared to other quotes we got.

Guy showed up at 7 AM sharp with all the right tools and parts in his truck. Really appreciated the punctuality since we had been without AC all night. Explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done before starting any work. Had it fixed within an hour and tested everything twice before signing off, making sure the unit cycled properly and the temperature was dropping correctly.

Friday ended up being one of those days where everything just clicks. Had some celebration plans that got even better when our office air conditioning decided to completely give up right before the weekend. The initial site estimator was very informative about the proposed system. The installation team was excellent, finishing the project about a week ahead of schedule. The installation was professionally executed, and the Mitsubishi system is performing exceptionally well. I highly recommend Air Conditioning Champions.
