Baez Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new 4 tons heat pump system for us. Although the old system worked it was very slow to cool and electric bill had increased from peeks of $400 to peeks of $615 multiple times last year. They did the work in about 5 hours inside and out including relocating thermostat, doubling the return intake size, adding a concreate slab for the outside condenser to set on. They really had excellent workmanship. I'm glad to have them for future work when needed.

Baez Heating And Air-conditioning are very responsive. Turned my ac on for first time this year. It's a 22 year old system, John came out within 30 min on a Sunday and found the problem. Grounded compressor. Quoted a new 5 ton complete system at a very reasonable price. I agreed and his crew installed the next morning. I highly recommend John and his crew, they are awesome to work with. I'm ready for the Texas heat now!! You will not gone wrong with this Company!!!

John from Baez Heating & Air took great care of us when our AC stopped! He was out quickly to fix what I had and was quick and flexible with scheduling for an upgrade. Very knowledgeable and genuine. I recommend him and even added them as a contact!

John Baez along with his crew from Baez Heating and Air Conditioning LLC installed new Daikin 5 ton and 4 ton air conditioning units along with their related gas furnaces at my home. They did an excellent job and totally cleaned up after they were finished. They even showed me how the former company that installed my old units (that were being replaced) did not do a good job of properly installing the old units. That former installation company had leaks where the old units were placed that allowed them to bring hot attic air into the air supply that entered my house. John Baez corrected this problem and this has resolved the cooling issues of my house. He also re-engineered some of my room vents and my house has never been so cool and comfortable. His company installed the equipment when it was still the tail end of winter so therefore, it was too cool outside and it wasn’t possible to tweak the Freon level in the new air conditioning units to the maximum level. However, he came back right on schedule to adjust the Freon and insure that everything was working perfectly once it warmed up outside. I could not be happier with the excellent job that they did and as mentioned, my home is now more comfortable than it has ever been. In addition, I thought that their prices were quite reasonable and very competitive. Their pricing was significantly lower than some of the other major local companies that gave me an estimate.
