I will start by thanking Danny once more for being so helpful when our central A/C broke during 100 degree weather. First he returned my call without me leaving a message. Second he arrived on time to inspect our unit and was very cordial and thorough with his inspection. Third he explained the problems with our A/C in simple terms and willingly answered every single one of our questions. Fourth he gave us options regarding whether to replace or repair without pressuring us one way or the other. Finally he offered us the best deal among the three we requested and on top of that he offered to let us borrow a portable A/C unit while our central A/C was replaced. Texas Air Tech offers an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

We had our AC go out in the middle of the night. We called first thing in the morning and had everything fixed by lunch time. Danny was great. Super impressed with the service and the great price, especially since it's the middle of summer. We will definitely keep using Texas Air Tech! Highly recommend!

Danny is the best around...hands down! He is always on time, keeps his word, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in working order. Danny quickly fixed our a/c on one of the hottest days of the year, and he even followed-up to check on the temperature the following day. 5 stars is not enough to even begin to explain how amazing this company is. Danny is an outstanding owner. He is so knowledgeable, prompt and fair. When I was having issues with my AC I had two other companies come out and scam me into saying I need a whole new unit. I reached out to Texas Air Tech and Danny came out as my third quote and said I had a Freon leak and he fixed it right then and there. I never needed a new AC. I have been using Texas Air Tech since 2016 and will never use another company as Danny is the most honest out there!!

These were the most professional and nicest people I have dealt with. Danny went over everything with me after they finished and it was just a very pleasant experience. Their pricing was very competitive with the other AC people we had come out.

Dustin did an outstanding job! Keep me informed of all the issues and fixed what needed to be fixed. Highlighted risk areas to watch for potential future problems. All done in a professional and respectful way. I would full endorse Mr. Air for any HVAC issues.

Max was very professional and very informative and honest with our unit and the repairs it may need.

Had Mr Air Repair come out today as my home was 94°+ with my children inside. Max came out and throughly diagnosed the issue which was a lack of maintenance on my part. The dirty outdoor unit cause the coil inside to pop. Max fought tooth and nail to get Lennox to cover it under warranty and they were able to get it fixed today at a very decent price. My home is now 72° and we are freezing🥶

10/10 would definitely recommend. I’m glad I chose this company. I met two of their techs. Carlos, who was very genuine. I didn’t feel like I was being cheated out of money. And Dustin, who worked very efficiently and was very thorough. They both walked me through the whole process and had pictures of everything.

Called for A/C repair on a Saturday around 4:30pm and the guy who answered the told me the prices for after hours work and normal day hours work. We decided we would wait until Monday morning. Then a lady called me back and said that since I had actually called during business hours they could come out that day for the cheaper price. Tim came out, was very professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We didn’t have to spend two nights in a hot house. Great service and would highly recommend.
