Great customer service! We had trouble with our home’s central heat/ac system. We contacted Local Refrigeration and HVAC, expressing we have senior citizens who reside here. They came out to service/repair our unit in a very timely fashion. We felt safe and comfortable with the technician in our home. Definitely recommend using this company for all of your HVAC needs!

So hot here in Texas right now and everyone was getting crabby quick at the casa. Was referred to Derek by some trusted friends and when I called he answered immediately and was out to the house within 30 minutes. Be have me some options and and I decided to have a repair done. He got it running again quick but my system is 20 years old and that's ok because I now have a company I can trust. I highly recommend him. As a business owner here in Wylie it's good to see other stands up guys getting it done. Thanks!

Derek saved the day! Having kids in the home and AC going out we needed someone ASAP! He came out within the hour, troubleshooted and fixed the issue all the while saving my Husband and I a lot of money in the long run! Of course it is summer in Texas and my air-conditioner broke. It was the compressor. Micah came out within the hour to diagnose. He did not charge me and offered to help me put in my backup window unit. They were back the next day with new unit and I am happy once again to be living in Texas. How did anyone survive before air conditioning? Thank to Micah and crew :)

A/C stopped working late on a Sunday evening in June. having a 7month old baby, we were looking to get a fix quickly. Called several places but only got voicemail. Called Equal Heat and Air and Micah picked up the phone. Came right over and quickly diagnosed a bad breaker. This allowed us to contact an electrician and get a quick fix the next morning. Micah refused to take any payment for coming over and checking our system. I would recommend them to anyone. We live in Sachse.
