My husband and I bought an older home. We knew one day the air would klunk out, but we weren't ready. Our two units decided they wanted to give us trouble at the same time....sigh.:( Last week, we ultimately said our final good byes to one of our 20-year-old units. This was a sad occasion, but it happened at the best time. My mom had recently told me if you call Mr. Air Repair for a free estimate, you would be entered for a chance to win a free unit on Veteran's day. When I tell you our second unit went completely out the day before the estimate was scheduled, I mean it. The Mr. Air Repair team operated in excellence, from start to finish. They worked with our credit and got us into an efficient unit while making repairs on our other unit. They even encountered some hiccups with our home being older, but they worked through them with grace and stayed until the job got done. Not to mention, they cleaned up their mess! I am a mom to a whole bunch of kids and to see them clean up after themselves made my heart happy. I am not talking about picking up a piece of trash here and there, no they cleaned and cleaned well. I know no one looks forward to replacing their a/c unit, but if you ever have to, these are the guys to call. They have an array of units, some even with filters that can protect you from those Texas allergens. Plus, if you have to replace right now, there is still a chance you could win a free unit. We can’t say enough great things about Max! Our AC had been shutting off constantly, and within just an hour of calling the company, Max was already at our home. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got us up and running again. What impressed us the most was his dedication—he actually came to our house twice in the same day just to make sure the system was working perfectly.

Considering that the company is located in Wylie, Texas, and we live in South Dallas (almost an hour away), the fast response and willingness to come back again shows just how much Max cares about his customers. Max and Sammy installed our new AC today and I cannot express how happy I am, not just to have central AC after years of not having it but also how amazing they were! I highly recommend this company for their HVAC expertise. We were looking for a tune-up for a mini split, and Timothy came out to service the system along with William. They were both very professional, friendly, and understanding of time constraints.

The mini-split was not keeping up with our heating and cooling needs, so William was able to return with his expertise in system design engineering and walk through several options suited for this historic home that has never had central heat or air. William and his apprentice Max were very easy going, willing to take their time explaining all the options, and were not pushy at all.

After signing paperwork Friday, the crew was able to start Monday morning and Tonya did a great job coordinating and communicating for each appointment. Any concerns were addressed promptly and politely, and the system was installed very efficiently. I’m happy with how it’s running, and how well the vents and even thermostat work in this 90-year-old house. Thanks so much everyone!

Max was my technician today. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with this evaluation. Max, from the first greeting was professional, polite, considerate, caring, listening to your answers, I could go on. He asked pertinent questions to understand my situation & offered possible solution options. Seems to genuinely care about trying to understand a persons limitations. Honest, truly caring person. Today was just a check up. Max was our Profesional today. He is very knowledgeable about heating and AC. He told me what he was going to do, how long it was going be and went to work. After a NIGHTMARE experience with American Home Shield trying to fix our 12 year old unit, we decided to give up and price a whole new system. 2 big names and Mr Air Repair. Best experience ever!!! William had all of our options laid out front and center without being the typical pushy salesman like the 2 big names. Not only did we get a better unit for less money but we got the home grown service we were looking for too. Love having them right here in town where when we made the call that we had chosen to use them, they had us scheduled and installed in less than 24 hours. His crew was professional and friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
