Amazing customer service! Derek came out early the next day after our AC failed in the middle of summer, fixed the capacitor on the outside unit, got us back to normal in this crazy Texas heat, and didn't try to upsell us on a ton of stuff that we didn't need, like so many others have in our past. Hopefully, we don't have another AC issue, but if we do, we're definitely going back here!

I highly recommend Equal Heat And Air. When your AC stops working they are the one to call. They will set you up with an AC unit that will meet your needs and then some. We look forward to saving money on our electric bill. Thank you Derek and Micah and your installation crew.

They were very responsive and quick to come out when we were having issues with our AC. The issue was fixed and the house is cool again. Very thankful that they were able to get out as fast as they did and get it taken care of! Would highly recommend them for anything you need taken care of.

Great Company, extremely responsive and very prompt to get our A/C back and running same day. I was expecting to be without A/C for a couple of days and they were able to get things up same day. Then they came back to do final fixes. Great to work with and I will be calling them for all my maintenance needs with my AC.

In the middle of summer we had issues with our AC not cooling the house. We asked multiple companies to diagnose the issue and provide quotes. Equal Heat and Air provided the same diagnosis as other companies and a very competitive quote. When we selected Equal Heat and Air, Derek and Micah put us on their schedule the next day and replaced the coils quickly and cleanly. However we experienced issues of the house cooling unevenly over the next few days and when we called Derek and Micah they again responded immediately and came out the same day to diagnose. They replaced another part, free of charge, in hopes it would fix the issue, but when it did not they came out again to re-diagnose several times over a three week period. Derek and Micah were relentless in solving the issue and did not charge us for any of this work or time spent. Eventually, they brought out their commercial AC specialist who was able to diagnose and fix the issue. If you're looking for a well qualified, reliable, honest and hard working AC company, Equal Heat and Air are your guys. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them for all future needs.

they got to my house within an hour of me calling them. Then had tbe problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. im super happy with their services and the technician who came out was very polite and listened to what i had done before calling them and immediately resolved the issues.
