Prestige Heat & Air is by far the best around! I recently had a remodel and I used Chris and his team to move my return air. I later requested for additional return to my remodel and both times Chris responded promptly and he was very professional, knowledgeable and through. I just signed up for an annual maintenance program and everyone should take advantage of his service! He came out to do maintenance on both of my units to prepare the winter usage and then he will return in the spring to prepare me for the summer time, he is super fair on his rates! After no responses from 4 other companies, Chris immediately answered my call for “help”. He scheduled an appointment at my convenience, followed by emails and texts to confirm and remind me of the appointment date & time. He even texted when he was on the way to my home. Besides being one of the most personable repairman I’ve had in my home, he was also the most knowledgeable. He went to great lengths to explain the cause and resolution for the issue with my AC. He even used an app to send me pics since I’m unable to safely climb the attic stairs. I can’t say enough about how professional he was and how pleased I am to have found a reliable HVAC company here in Wylie. Crazy but I’m actually looking forward to my next maintenance checkup!
Just received my first gold maintenance check and it was so worth it. Chris sent pictures during the checkup for both the outside unit and the component in the attic. Additionally, he alerted me of possible critters in the attic eating the insulation and I immediately called All Pest Management! Chris said he will return to repair the duct insulation when my critter issue has been resolved. I can’t say enough about my local Wylie support and care!

We had an amazing experience with Prestige Heating & Air. Our heat pump stopped working, so we called them, and they were at our home within just two hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and came back the very next day to complete the repair.

What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but the final bill ended up being less than the estimate because the part cost less than expected. It was refreshing to see a company pass along the savings to the customer!

The team was also friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We're so impressed that we're going to start using their annual service plan for maintenance.

I needed an estimate on an ac unit of a home I am buying. They were out the same day and had me an estimate by the end of the day. The technician was kind, respectful, and thorough. I plan on using them for the repairs once the sale is closed.

I have used Prestige heating & Air a couple of times of the last 2 years - there's a reason I call Prestige when I have an A/C issue, they are great. Prestige is quick to respond. I thought I had a minor issue with my A/C and Prestige had a man at my place in under 2 hours. The issue turned out to be more complex and I had a Prestige team working on my unit and had it fixed by the end of the day. Each of the 3 Prestige repairmen that I dealt with made sure that they patiently addressed all of my concerns, gave me options to consider and a breakdown of their quoted price. All Prestige employees were attentive and respectful as they listened and addressed me and my questions.

In 2023, I was having difficulty finding a repair company that would work with the warranty on my unit. I asked for a recommendation for a repair company from an A/C supply warehouse that knows lots of contractors. They recommended Chris Martinez at Prestige. I have gladly used Prestige ever since my first great experience with them.

Technician came out promptly to address the issues and explained to me thoroughly what the problem was and also made the repairs immediately before the upcoming cold weather. He was very pleasant and professional, I always recommend this business to all my friends and family.

Eli and Elier called before they came (as promised) and proceeded to inspect my heating unit for the potential heating problem I surmised. They gave me an honest assessment of the job and an estimate to fix the issue. I would recommend them and Prestige Heating and Air LLC in the future.

From the very start when I was introduced to Chris Martinez the owner to Eli Garcia who came to fix my a/c blower motor, the experience was nothing short of amazing.
Eli arrived on time, dressed very professionally, including shoe covers, something that has been forgotten as a courtesy by most other service providers who trek mud into the home.
Eli was extremely professional and courteous, always addressing me as sir, which is not expected these days, but is very admirable, since I was in the hospitality business for over 4 decades and something I was taught and somehow has been forgotten again in today’s day.
The work was clean, thorough and he kept me informed of the progress when he went to go get parts and returned. The work was perfect and my air conditioner works like brand new.
They are honest and very reasonable. Thank you Chris and Eli. Prestige air will be my company for all my a/c and heating needs from now on and will be recommended to everyone I know!!!

I’ve never posted a review so quickly (Prestige just finished our job today) but this company certainly made an impression and anyone who’s ever needed work completed by a trade knows how much of a challenge it is to find a professional that offers quality work, competitive pricing, and superior customer service.
The office staff was nice and accommodating with installation scheduling. Elier and Eli installed a mini split AC and they were punctual, knowledgeable and consistently maintained a friendly, polite attitude. The job was done beautifully (I have great appreciation for pros that do work with precision and attention to detail) and they cleaned up the worksite leaving no evidence installation had occurred. We enjoyed meeting Chris, owner, who popped by a couple of times to drop off materials and check out progress. I’ve learned from experience that business owners who take the time to check in on jobs run companies that do the best work. They are vested in their projects and hire like minded individuals who share the same work ethic. Not to mention the company’s beloved pooch is their company logo, you can’t go wrong with a company that has this much love for their pup!
