These guys did great! After waiting months on a friend of a friend, who never came, I called on Friday to Martin’s and have my unit install installed by Wednesday. They were fast and went above and beyond! I am so very thankful for you guys!

Steve showed up on time for the sales visit, very friendly and informative. He sent quotes for options very soon after the appointment. Steve gave us the best equipment for the best price. (I shopped several companies).

Crew showed up on time and did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They were careful to cover and protect our carpet and flooring. We were back to a cool house in a few hours.

My experience with Martin AC was a great experience. I was treated extremely fairly very prompt service and extremely good prices. I would recommend them to anyone and I would be glad to use them again in the future. Matter of fact, I will be using them for my maintenance care from this point forward. Our A/C & Heating system went down on a Saturday evening. I didn't need a technician right away (temps weren't bad), but called to leave a message so I could get a call back on Monday. Within minutes the owner of the company called me back - I was stunned. Monday at 7am, I got a called back from Steve to set my appointment for today - what great service. Their technician, Jonathan did a great job and has our system up and running

Steve was very fair with pricing and Dustyn and the installation team were excellent. Very swift response. Very neat and clean installation. Everything looks very well dressed (cables, pipes, etc.). This is my second unit they have replaced. Highly recommended.

They were prompt, very thorough, and explained everything that was done. They even corrected our duct work to ensure airflow was at full capacity. I highly recommend them and will refer to all my neighbors and friends!!

They are very responsive and take good care of their customers. I almost always get service the same day I call. They work very hard especially in the extreme conditions they have to deal with.
