R/S AC and Heating provides excellent service when our A/C went out. I let them know and the next day he was installing our new a/c unit. He explained in detail, why and how the system went out and what needed to be done to fix it. After installation, they cleaned up after themselves, to the point where we couldn't tell they had been there except for the new system and that our home was one again comfortable. He has followed up to make sure the system is still working properly.

Roy was not only great at installing our new AC, he first did all he could to try to avoid the need for a new unit, then comped us the price off the new unit install for the first bill. It only took two days from the diagnosis to get everything together and on day 3 we got a new AC. Did I mention this all started on Labor Day?! The man is absolutely willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

The team was here early and was also able to move a couple vents around to give us much better airflow in the back half of the house. No more scorching hot or freezing cold spare bedrooms! And they did it in 107 degree heat. The attic must have been 120+ and I cannot fathom how the guys managed to stay up in that, much less do all that heavy lifting. The man is a LEGEND.

I've used RS A/C and Heating to replace two of my systems that went out about a year apart. Roy has always been quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional. They also provided a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I received and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them!

My elderly mother's A/C went out. She called a company that gave a quote that was way out of line and feed her a lot of non since. Basically taking advantage. Before she said yes to the installation I was call to look at the situation. After hearing his justification for such an expensive quote, I put a end to the transaction.

Weeks earlier I had a problem with my own system and through my home warranty company, I was introduced to Roy. I was very pleased with the service he offered.

I call Roy and within a two hours he and i both arrived at my mother's house. Roy inspected the system and gave a quote that had no up charge BS added. He also noticed 4 years back the coil was replaced and was still under warranty. He pointed that out and took extra step with the manufacture to get it replaced where the other company was going to purchase and install a new one adding a couple thousand to the quote. Roy is very knowledgeable and very honest. Please take a few moments and call Roy before deciding to let another company install your system.

The compressor to our AC unit went out. I called Roy late Friday afternoon. After checking the model he was able to locate a compressor that day and went to the store to get it for us. He came to our house at 7am, Saturday morning to install the unit, check the efficiency of our entire system, replaced all the refrigerant and we had cold air again by 11am that day. My pregnant wife, two toddlers, and I can’t say enough about the responsiveness, professionalism, and experience we had with Roy and his team. We highly recommend his family operated business!

RS received a request from my home warranty company at 9 pm on Labor Day. He called me a few minutes later and I told him that we had moved to a hotel since our AC was not functioning and we couldn't tolerate the heat at home. I told him that we had been promised another repair company but they canceled their appointment. Roy told us that he could meet us at our house between 7 and 8 am on Tuesday. He was there promptly and had the problem fixed in about an hour. He inspected our entire system (which is old) and made some recommendations that were much appreciated. I can't say enough about how pleased we were to get back into our home and for Roy's prompt response to our predicament. Without reservation, I would recommend him to anyone needing a no nonsense professional to deal with heating and cooling issues. His company and Roy are both 5 Star!

My AC compressor went out due to age so I decided it was time to replace old system. Roy took my call immediately and gave me estimates within the hour. I decided to pull the trigger and move forward with his services and the next morning intstalled the complete system.

My house stopped cooling on a friday evening so I called Roy for a maintenance check. Turns out the whole furnace needed to be replaced. Roy said he had an opening the next morning and I was so grateful! If he hadn't done that for me I don't know when another company could've come out and done the work and I have two dogs who need a cool house.

I would absolutely recommend Roy to anybody who wanted their HVAC systems checked out.

We made a call to RS A/C early morning, and they arrived within the hour. They were very professional and respectful. I felt a genuine personality right away. After diagnosing the units, I was given very fair options and pricing, and felt comfortable about it the whole time. I never once felt that they might be taking advantage of me or our dire situation. I did get another quote from another company later that day which ended up being almost 3 times more than RS had quoted me. I went with RS, and they had our whole outside unit replaced within a few hours, while also doing extra diagnosing that they didn’t have to. The install was done really professional, quickly, and smooth. We will stick to using this company from here on for all our A/C needs, and will recommend them to anyone going forward.

I highly recommend RS AC and Heating. Our 19 year old unit froze up on us on Friday night. I called Roy first thing Saturday morning. He was there in 2 hours to check it out. He was very honest with us and was willing to “limp it along” (to save us money) but there were no guarantees with that method. We had no choice but to replace the whole unit. He placed the order for a new unit that day (Saturday) and was at our house early Tuesday morning. We had AC before 1:00! He was real good about keeping us updated from the moment he ordered the unit until after the unit was installed. Making sure we were satisfied with everything. We have a 10 year warranty on our new unit so I won’t be needing him for a while but I’ve got his number in my phone so I have it handy whenever anyone is looking for an honest HVAC repair company. Roy and his crew are awesome!
