The person that answers the phone is super nice and friendly. The tech that came out was the owner Steve, and he is so awesome. He's funny, nice and very professional. He was able to take care of my issue at a great price. I was afraid it would cost much more. I will be using them from now on and wish I would have found them sooner!

Tech performed seasonal service on the 2x HVAC units. Diagnosed an issue to a failing run capacitor. Part replaced and system sounds quieter. Work done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!

So, I rarely...and when I say rarely I mean this is my first...write a review on a company. One because I truly have high expectations, second I have high expectations. That being said, Betty and her son have my business for a lifetime. My air conditioning went out on Tuesday night. I called around to a lot of companies, and got exactly what I expected to get. The sales pitch. I called Montgomery and Betty answered. Let me tell you what I didn't get out of Betty. Betty didn't try to sell me anything, in fact, I told her I needed a quote for replacing both upstairs and downstairs systems. She said that she would prefer if she could send her guys out to check, because I may not need to replace the systems. Now who the heck does that nowadays. You're right, nobody. So let me make a long story short. Tuesday night no a/c. Call Wednesday for quote. Thursday morning she has two crews replacing both systems, and man they were phenomenal. The price was cheaper than what I was priced anywhere else. Fair, honest, fast, quality, and the best service I have ever had. If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will. Betty you and your son definately took care of me and my family and for that I am grateful.

Dwayne replaced a faulty condenser motor and fan for us. He was professional, prompt, and explained everything perfectly for us. Communication from the company was excellent as well. They’ll be the first folks I call next time we have a problem.

I had a problem with my unit (it kept shutting off) and called Montgomery HVAC. They were professional and courteous and got my unit back up quickly. I trust Scott & Linda with Montgomery HVAC to the degree that I've recommended them to my family members and friends.

Every aspect of this company gets an A+ ! Betty (who answers the phone)felt like an instant friend! Steve was right on time and worked diligently to find the problem and tried to resolve it without having to replace the unit. When it was know that we would have to replace the unit, they were so kind and almost "hated" to have to give me the price! We did get another estimate and immediately (!!!) called Betty back! The other company's charge was almost twice as much! I've actually never done a review before...and since reading other's reviews is what made me call Montgomery in the first place, I wanted to add mine! If there were more than 5 stars, I would use them all!

Montgomery HVAC saved the day! Air conditioner was having trouble---called Scott and Linda at Montgomery. Linda was super friendly and Scott showed up at the door within the a few hours. Scott took care of a blockage in the drain line and everything was back to normal. Super friendly and professional!

This is the second time Montgomery has come to my resucue. I wish all companies were as fair, honest, and efficient. Scott has worked wonders with my old unit and is always on time and pleasant. When I have to get a new AC, I will definitely call Montgomery to do the job.

These guys are the best . Very Fast and responsive, I called them at 11 AM and the technician showed up at my door on the dot at 1:00 PM as promised. Quickly address the issue on hand and told me a bunch of do's and don't for a better HVAC system maintenance. I felt as if they are looking out for me rather than trying to sell me stuff. Called Montgomery yesterday, and got in on a special that was better than my home warranty (about half as much) and had an appointment scheduled for today. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and helped to avoid buying the Amazon Local/Groupon special that was for inspection whereas I needed a diagnostic on a ill-running system (saved me money).

They told me 5-7, and as I'm rushing home I get a call at 5 till 5 from Dwayne saying that he's waiting at the house! How many other companies come at the start of the window? He hooked up his gauges and told me immediately what the problem was, added some refrigerant, and gave me some tips on maintaining the system. Even with the home warranty, I'm likely to call Montgomery again. I'll definitely recommend them to any who needs A/C service. Even got a magnet for the fridge so I can tell my wife who to call in case I'm away!

Air conditioning was not working and we were miserable! We called Montgomery HVAC Services and within hours a very polite and professional serviceman was here and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I have used this local family owned business for my AC and most recently for my heat pump. They are phenomenal...punctual, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to take care of my service needs. I highly recommend Montgomery HVAC Service for all your AC/Heating needs.

The only issue I had with Montgomery HVAC is they were TOO EARLY! ; ) I requested same-day service but Scott arrived 1 hour before scheduled, so I explained I was 45 minutes away from Home so Scott adjusted his next call schedule to accommodate. Once he got in he diagnosed the issue with my broken A/C in less than 5 minutes. He subsequently checked the freon on my other 2 units and charged me a very fair price for all work and parts. From the time I requested a service call to the time all work was complete was < 5 hours.

I called one of the big AC companies that advertises on the radio, they suggested a new $12,000 system. I called Montgomery HVAC, who was recommended by a friend. They fixed my issue for $200, with no issues since. Great, friendly and honest service....I have used them now for over 2 years.

Excellent service and very prompt . They gave me a time and they were here. Did our repair fast and everything works perfectly. After he did such a great job for us we purchased one of their maintenance plans. We highly recommend Montgomery HVAC. Excellent.
