I called to get a quote to replace an evaporator coil for my AC unit. Roy came out the same day and provided an estimate that was lower than 3 other quotes and almost the same as one other quote. He did not try to sell me things I didn't need and provided information regarding what all he would do to replace the coil. He and his crew came out the next day and replaced the coil. If you want trustworthy, timely, polite, and excellent service, Roy and his team are the ones to call!

Fantastic service!! Roy was out the following day after calling to tell him the problem. Had my unit running and working properly very soon. He uses quality replacement parts and keeps you infirmed of what needs to be done. Reasonable prices and excellent service from a straight up honest guy. He shoots straight and will make sure things are done right before he leaves. He is now my go to for any future AC situations.

Our A/C stopped working on Wednesday. We notified Select Home Warranty(SHW). RS AC & Heating was dispatched by SHW. Roy, the technician made an assessment and notified SHW. However, the claim was denied by SHW. We decided to replace the unit instead of repairing it. We were quoted a reasonable price. A new unit was installed on Tuesday. The services provided by Roy and his crew was excellent. They arrived on time and finished the job in 7 hours. They cleaned up their debris both inside and out. If we have any other A/C problem, RS AC Heating will called. Thanks Roy.

Roy was great. Last year my AC compressor went out and I did not have a good experience using my warranty company. Roy was pleasant, transparent, and timely and affordable. I will only go to Roy for all future AC and Heating needs. Very happy I found him

My AC went out on a Friday Roy responded the same day I contacted him. He had the quote Saturday morning for a new system. The equipment was installed Monday morning. He is professional, the price was fair, and he is efficient. I will recommend him and use him going forward.

Roy was great. He did a detailed inspection, identified our problem, and explained our options and what the pros and cons of each were. We got a minor repair done first to get us through last summer and when we were ready to replace the entire unit, he was even able to come down a bit on the price because the cost of materials had changed. He ran new returns in more efficient spots, got the install done when he said he would, and we're already seeing great results. Solid work, honest guy, very competitive price. Highly recommend.

So glad we found Roy to work on our AC systems! He’s easy to talk to and responds in a timely manner. He was able to come out quickly to check our AC unit and gave us an estimate same day. We needed to get our AC unit upstairs replaced and he was able to do it quickly. Upon working on our upstairs unit he noticed that our downstairs unit was also struggling to keep our first floor cool. He was able to check out that unit right after replacing our upstairs unit. We were so impressed with Roy’s service and knowledge that we are going with him to get our second unit replaced. I would recommend him to anyone! My compressor was acting funny on a holiday weekend. Called my normal company but they wanted to charge me a $150 service fee just to come. Called RS AC and Heating, Roy came quickly , charged way less to diagnose the problem and educated me on ways to prevent the issues from happening again! All within a timely manner! Last year I called AS AC and Roy redid some ductwork for our AC so we could feel the air better in our kitchen and he did good work. This weekend our AC went out and I called Roy again and he came on a Saturday and by Monday we had a new unit because ours was completely dead. This also seems to be a family business and I feel like I can trust them. I will be calling them for any future needs.

In the heat of the summer and my AC had died. I was referred to Roy by a friend who had used him and was pleased with his work. He was at my house in 45 minutes from clear across town. He looked over my inside and outside units and explained what was wrong. No real surprise on my part as I had been nursing the system for several years. Roy provided an estimate that was competitive and fair and a date to install that was fast. Roy and his team were on time and quick at getting the old system out and the new system installed. The thermostat he installed with the the system was nice but I wanted an ecobee which he later came back and helped me install no charge. The new system has proven itself efficient and effective at cooling my house with my electric usage down by 25-30% as compared to with the old system which itself had already lowered my energy usage by half when I bought it 18 years ago. What a great company!
It's a bummer when your AC quits in August. But, if it does, Roy at RS will get you back in the cool faster than you'd think possible. My AC went iut on a Sunday afternoon, and by Tuesday morning it was blowing colder than it ever had! Roy is friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help you however you need in order to get you back to working conditions. He'll be my first call from now on!

Replaced both old units with new heat pump ac units. Very professionally done and price was great. Ran new electrical from box to attic. I am very OCD and Roy's instal was perfect.
