Simply THE BEST heating and AC company in the Sachse, Wylie, Murphy area. They aren't the BIG BOYS In the AC business BUT they absolutely Run Circles around them. I've never dealt with an Heating/AC company that Is as professional, courteous, caring, on time, honest as Equal Heat and Air. Today forward they will be my only call for my heating/cooling needs. I would recommend Equal Heat And Air to anyone. Derek and Michael were prompt, they quickly identified the issue and had it fixed before it got too hot outside. They offered great advise and helped me understand what the problem was. I will definitely call again if I have any issues in the future.

We had an issue with our system overnight and were without AC the next day. After looking into a couple simple checks with no luck I knew I was beyond my capabilities and called Equal heating & air. Even though they were extremely busy, they made time for us that same day after finishing up on their other projects…..which in of itself was pretty amazing of them!

Micah (nice guy with a great attitude) came out and spent a couple hours/checking/troubleshooting some things before finding a thermostat wire that was shorting where it exited the house on the exterior. He was able to get the AC working for my wife (bless them!) until they can make it back to run a new wire , just to be safe- due to the age of our house, mid 70’s construction.

I want to thank Equal Heat and Air!!! I installed my mini split and couldn’t get the line set vacuumed properly. The nice call to Equal heat and air where Micah was dispatched to assist. Once he arrived he was very courteous and knowledgeable of the AC system. He conducted a series of test and quickly figured out what was happening to the system. I can’t thank Equal Heat and Air enough as the temperatures are getting warmer.

Had to come on and thank this whole company from the boss on down. I was being tossed around by 2 a/c companies and nothing was being fixed. A/C just kept shutting down. So I got ahold of Michael and he said they’d come out and take a look. Micah and Michael came out went through the whole system. I mean everything stayed a couple hours and no problems since! Above and beyond what I expected. And they came a long ways through Fort Worth construction so I can’t thank them enough. Also they helped me on the price without me asking after hearing everything I went through which was awesome! So call these guys all day! And thanks again to Micah and Michael.

Equal air installed new ac and heating unit and didn't wire it right, blowermotor never shut off..Called them back out the owner i think name Eric or Derek showed up smelled of alcohol stumbling around..said compressor was bad had to order new compressor. Equal never honored warranty on compressor said mice chewed up wires shorted compressor out not there fault. That Was not the case. Didnt want this guy back around my house felt he was giving me a non honest evaluation. So I Called Willard Ac to check out ac said the unit had no freon in it, because there was a leak in line. causing the compressor to overheat and shorted out the compressor. I appreciate honesty. Equal Air tried to gig me, for a new compressor which should of been under warranty they never honored for there in-proper install. Would never recommend this company. Will be suing Equal air for the cost of new compressor plus labor. And don't appreciate someone coming to my house drunk. I highly recommend Willard AC Company though they were able to get compressor under warranty but still cost me the labor a freon. Equal air is dishonest company will see you in court..

The price from Pure HVAC Solutions was exactly what was quoted with no surprise fees at the end in Wylie. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and it is well worth the money.

Pure HVAC Solutions replaced the capacitor and contactor as preventative maintenance in Wylie. The parts were old and likely to fail soon. I appreciate avoiding a future breakdown.

Pure HVAC Solutions in Wylie checked the run capacitor on the blower motor. It was within specs. Good to have a clean bill of health.

The installation crew from Pure HVAC Solutions was fantastic. They had to maneuver a heavy furnace down a narrow, winding staircase at our Wylie home. They were careful not to nick the walls or scratch the floors. They were polite, introduced themselves, and worked efficiently.

Cant recommend Chris and his crew enough. They had anew system installed for me very quickly. There was a small accident during the install, but Chris had it handled and remedied almost immediately. Great customer service, one of the better experiences in recent years.

Well we got a air conditioning and heater system installed today by Prestige Heating and Air in the house. These guys have been top notch and so very reasonable financially and with how they carry themselves compared to other folks we have had over at the house for quotes. Great craftsmanship in their work I would definitely recommend them! The Owner Chris is an outstanding gentleman. 10\10 if you live in the Wylie area give them a call you will not regret it

It seemed a bit humid in our house so we called Prestige Heating and Air to come check our AC unit out. Eli was great, very professional, talked me though everything he was doing. Going forward we'll be using Prestige Heating and Air for all of our temperature needs.
