Frankie did an excellent job fixing the leak in my apartment. He clearly knew what he was doing. I have been having this issue for months and other plumbers tried to fix the leak but it kept coming back. He took time to discuss the issue before and after the work. Frankie fixed it once and for all. 100% recommend his services.

I called and tried to set up an appointment for all new waterlines in a house that I am trying to help some clients with. The office guy wanted all the contact info for the homeowner and when I wanted to just give him my info he got an attitude about it and started arguing. Not the best way to start working together.

I really want to thank Poncho and Frankie for taking care of my issue. My water heater went out two days ago and they were very prompt at getting to my house and replacing it it was a great experience even though I was frustrated with my rental company and lost my temper and yelled at them they maintained a professional attitude and still got me taken care of.

Jim and Aaron from 1-Tom-plumber were fantastic. We had a clogged sink and Jim talked us through possible remedies and costs before proceeding. We ended up getting our pipe jetted to really get it flowing well again. He and Aaron kept everything clean and contained. They stuck to the exact time window we were given, got the job done, communicated clearly, charged a reasonable fee and added a free enzymatic cleaner when they were done. They were very conscientious about cleanliness and offered to put all our sink clutter (which we had already pulled out) back for us.

These guys were great! I had a plumbing issue on new years right around midnight. I called all around and most places sent to to an automated frustrating system. This was the first company to actually have a real person answer, and immediately had someone on their way. They drove all the way from kearns to Ogden in the middle of the night to help us. The plumber Anthony was super knowledgeable, professional and kind. Will be calling again if anything else happens in the future!

I was able to schedule same-day service during a two hour window, and called to request a more specific time and they were able to honor it. Frankie and Ryder were very kind and thorough, and I felt the rate was reasonable.

Call them out for a bit to install a water softener. They are very knowledgeable. They came right out. They called in advanced to let me know they were on their way. Although I did not go with them. I went to highly recommend them. They are highly knowledgeable very polite five stars.
