I have always used paradise for all my heating and A/C problems. They have always provided me with phenomenal service at a great price. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond and for that, they’re the only one I call.

Another great experience with Paradise Heating and Air, this time with Kaine and Daniel! They installed my new water heater flawlessly. The technicians were incredibly nice, professional, and left my home spotless. If you need heating or air services, (or a new water heater installed) I highly recommend giving them a call! Paradise HVAC saved the day when my furnace started rattling and blowing cold air. Tech Mike arrived within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger and faulty relay, and fixed it same-day with parts in stock. He explained everything clearly, cleaned up, and tested the system thoroughly. Fair price, and world class service. Home’s warm, bills are lower—highly recommended!!!! ✨

I was out of heat the day before Thanksgiving. Nick was able to schedule me in to make an assessment. Nick,Blake and Cole were great to work with and got my heat up and working that same day. I will be using Paradise again if anything should happen. I think I will schedule them in a few months to clean my air ducts.

I want to take some time to share about the wonderful and very professional service I received form Paradise Heating and Air Conditioning.
It all began with a simple, routinary request: The Air Conditioner is not cooling the house. The technician arrived and fixed the problem putting some gas on it. Problem solved, right? Oh, it was that simple, would say comedian Nate Bargatze.
The AC was not cooling enough only a few hours after that. They sent the technician back to the house with no extra charge and he realized there was another thing that was causing a different, bigger problem.
I apologize for not giving details of the problems found, but I really don’t remember them.
What I do remember is that the technician was sent to house to double check on things. I decided to buy another AC unit, and while we were waiting for the AC to be installed, they provided portable air conditioners for each bedroom to solve the problem temporarily over the weekend. That was very considerate.
Desirée was always patience and professional. Because the house had a warranty that cover for the cost of the installation partially, Desirée worked with them all the details of the transaction. I have to mention that this people from the warranty company were not easy to work with, which make even more valuable all the work and diligence she put into it.
In the end, the new AC unit was installed, the problem was solved, and I was very happy about it. Thank you Paradise Heating and air conditioning team for your dedication and vocation to service.

I hired Paradise Heating And Cooling to tune my furnace up in preparation for winter use. Daniel was my technician. He worked with me to arrive at a time that my rental tenant would be available. He then came to my home for the same service. At both homes. he was professional and courteous.He took pictures to demonstrate any concerns and made recommendations for improved heater performance. Everything from start to finish was thoroughly professional with no hard sales or pressure. I highly recommend Paradise Heating And Cooling.

Great service, friendly, respectful. I called them on the week of Thanksgiving, they were able to make it black Friday. The end of the first initial visit we had the plan of installing a new a/c and furnace by Monday the latest. Saturday morning the day after black Friday at 8:30 am they showed up and finished the job in just 5 hrs.

I've had paradise out to do some basic maintenance twice now. Both times Nick was our technician and he was great. He showed up on time and was quick, friendly, and honest. They don't have some ridiculous monthly paid plan that some of the other HVAC companies have been pushing and I haven't been pressured to do any unnecessary repairs. They have tried to sell me an air filter but aren't overly pushy.

Kaine was wonderful to work with and very helpful through the process. The price was competitive, and the install was easy and professional we will definitely return with any business in the future!

This is the second time I’ve had to use Paradise heating and air in a year. The first time for AC and this time for my furnace. They are always on time, honest, and easy to work with. I’ll keep coming back for my needs.

Kaine from Paradise Heating & Air was fantastic. We called with an emergency, and even though he was busy, he fit us in the very same day to diagnose the problem and fixed it the next day. He was a great communicator, letting us know his arrival time and what to expect. He clearly explained the problem, walked us through our options, and was completely upfront about costs. Not only was the service exceptional, but he was also incredibly friendly. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Manning from Paradise Heating and Cooling Company was able to come the same day, was extremely nice and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace, and he quickly remedied the issue. Deseree in the office was also friendly and helpful in getting a technician out on the same day I called. No panic-driven upselling for anything that I didn’t need, no disparaging of the person who installed the furnace incorrectly, just fantastic customer service!

Paradise has been taking care of us for years. We were on the fence with using another company because they were slightly less expensive. In fact, some acquantances also used the other company. We are sooooo glad we went with Paradise. We have had no problems, while our friends have. I'm not sure if that has to do with the equipment, or just the response of the company. In either case, Paradise is the best option available!
