Paradise's crew were phenomenal to work with. From our first call where I thought I was asking for a part replacement to me realizing I was over my head. This lead to a follow up call where I met Kaine and Nick for the first time and they identified long standing problems in my home that needed to be addressed, direly.

They were flexible with our difficult schedule and made sure we were comfortable each and every step of the way. My technician Nick was nice and timely, got everything up and running again quick! My heater wasn't working and my thermostat was dead. He got me set up with a new thermostat and fixed the furnace. He also sent me some quotes for recommendations to help my unit run more efficiently, which I appreciate. I'll definitely be back again!

I used this company for the installation of a commercial rooftop unit a few years back. After installation, the unit had issues and would sporadically stop heating the building. Paradise would come out, diagnose, and implement the fix, without charging for the service call. To be clear, I would not expect to be charged for this on a new, recently installed unit that was over $20,000.

What stood out for me was the way I was treated by management/ownership. They had been out at least 6 times over a 3 month period to try and resolve the issue, and even when the technician tried to blame it on an issue with our building layout (previous system worked fine for 30 years) or electrical systems (electrician said all was in order), the owner was always kind, respectful, and willing to keep using his time and resources to look for a resolution, even if it meant they would lose money.

In the end, a representative from the manufacturer came out at the request of Paradise and found that the new unit had a small device that was faulty and needed replacement (factory defect). We have not had any issues with it since.

There have been a couple of minor issues with the quarterly maintenance service, (billing and scheduling), but so far they have been quick to resolve these issues satisfactorily.

All of this to say, issues will arise with any business or contractor that you deal with. Humans and technology are prone to error. What matters most is the way in which these issues are handled and that you're left feeling valued as a customer. As long as the folks at Paradise continue with this level of response, they can count on my business.

Kaine arrived as scheduled and got my furnace working again quickly. He did an analysis of my whole system including pictures. I really appreciate the extra steps. I will definitely call Paradise next time I have an issue!!

They came to do an inspection on my furnace. Showed up on time and completed the inspection. I would recommend Paradise to anyone. Kaine, Cole and Blake did a great job. I look forward to them returning for a fall inspection on my AC unit.

Our upstairs heater was not vented correctly which caused a domino effect of problems. Kaine was able to fix the venting, as well as clean the inducer and replace the valves. Paradise was knowledgeable and nice to workout. They explained everything so I feel confident in their fixes and it’s guaranteed for 90 days.

Kaine Williams was very quick and thorough on the repair to make sure everything got back up and running. We had a CO Leak and they quickly diagnosed the issues. Would recommend!

I had an issue with the furnace at a rental, and Paradise was able to get Kaine to come check it out first thing the next morning. He was extremely communicative, explained the issue, gave me options, and gave solid maintenance recommendations for the future, as well as detailed documentation of why the problem occurred and everything he tested.

He was able to get the blower motor replaced quickly and got everything working by that day! Great experience with Paradise.

The service I got from these folks was amazing. I had issues with my furnace turning off and owing to that, whole house stayed colder. I called in later in the evening for help and they sent me their technician Kaine for help almost immediately the very next day at 8 am. Kaine is amazing and pretty knowledgeable. I can not recommend these guys enough.
Nick came out to give me a bid on a much smaller project, but we ended up discussing my long term plans, and he let me know a about a great deal I could get on a dual fuel heat pump system now, plus rebates and tax credits. The install team really went above and beyond&beyond to do this project right the first time. They did a bunch of extra work to help me get my swamp cooler removed, they pulled out the ducting for it so my roofers could just roof right over where it was like it was never there. Inside, Cole and Blake knew I had been so disappointed in the ascetics of what I had installed before, and really put a lot of attention into a clean looking, and done right install. Functionally, after just 5 days in it, the comfort level of my home has improved exponentially. The equipment its self is a communicating Goodman fully modulating heat pump, with high efficiency dual fuel furnace on the inside, and runs like a dream, and the install which is what really matters is world class.
I am sending all my friends and family their way.
