Frankie and Ryder did an excellent job adding the faucet and toilet to our bathroom. They were efficient and respectful. I appreciated their communication and professionalism.

Frankie from the Bluffdale location came to help us solve a clogged toilet problem that's been persistent for several months. He assessed what needed to be done quickly, communicated very clearly and easily with me - making the whole a process pleasant and totally de-stressed the situation!!

He got his tools and proceeded to unclog stubborn toilet and cleaned it all up very nicely for me within 20 minutes!
Definitely going to use these guys again. Thanks Frankie, you are a master plumber!

Great service! Helped me move furniture getting to the water main. We had flooding, needed some plumbing prep for the work to be done. Great job, professional, and fun to work with. Very helpful on the reinstall, Tom first, then Frankie and Eric on the reinstall & moving the washer & dryer back in.

Frankie came on time. In fact, he came a little bit early, and he was very respectful and knowledgeable about our situation and was willing to answer any follow up questions that we had. Most importantly he fixed leak under our sink. Also mentioned that if any residue problems occurred, we could give them a call back and they would return.

Was very pleased with the service from Jim! He arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and then came back in the afternoon to fix it. He was thorough and explained things. I felt like for the amount of time he spent with us, it was a very reasonable price. Would use them again!

My sink was clogged, garbage disposal wasn’t working and dish washer was also clogged because of sink and garbage disposal. Jim fixed it. He was very professional and kind. Left everything cleaned. I live in an apartment building, the office paid for it. I love 1-Tom-Plumber. I’m very satisfied with their service.

Frankie was AMAZING! We’re having some friends over tonight and we flushed our goldfish down the toilet because he died and our goldfish clogged the toilet! Frankie came to the rescue. He was super polite and he fixed our problem in less than two minutes but saved our weekend! Thank you so much highly recommend

I wanna share that Frankie and Eric give an awesome job of coming out to my apt complex to replace and repair some shower pipes. Both were able to tag team and get get the job done. When one left, the other stepped in, and vice-versa. They were great communicators. Knew the job at hand that needed to be done. Both gentlemen were polite and professional. Overall fantastic experience.

Anthony and Frankie came and took care of a pipe issue in our home. They were very friendly, informative and helpful. Our issue was taken care of promptly and we will call on them again and look forward to working with 1Tom Plumbing on some renovation projects in the near future!

I'm no expert, so I didn't really know who to call for a plumbing issue. Tried a couple of other places first who never called me back. Frankie with 1-Tom came promptly the next day, quickly diagnosed my issue and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. As someone who uses plumbing every day, but has no idea how it works, this was a relief! They will get my first call next time!

Eric was fantastic. We had to hunt for a leak and he kept at it until we found it. The tiniest pinhole and he tracked it. Extremely fair and easy to talk to. Very professional. Thanks Eric. Highly recommend.

Randomly called 1-tom-plumber this morning an I’m so glad I did!! 😊 Frankie & Jordan were the guys that came out, They were both very friendly , both were super knowledgeable, helpful in all ways, they got straight to the source, (Made jokes about what was stuck), Solved my problem in half the price that I was quoted elsewhere, Even cleaned the residue around my toilet when they didn’t have to! Would highly recommend them and will definitely Be using them again,“if it’s needed”.. very much Appreciated !.. Ooh And the best part they gave me a free sink and tub plunger with their logo on it, 💥 Awesome 💥

Anthony and Jordan, we're the plumbers who finished up our piping and concrete work. They were perfesonal and knowledgeable. They are Great people to work with and friendly. The work was professionally done and they brought donuts! They deserved the more than 5 stars. Would recommend if your looking for great people and a good price.

Erik came promptly and helped out so much! I have no experience with this kind of stuff, and he explained things very well, which was helpful for me! One thing was that the caulking looked like it had a little hole, and I’m not sure he would have caught it, so I’d just double check those things a few mins after. That being said, he came back before leaving and fixed it, which was awesome! He also taped over the holes cut in the drywall, which was much appreciated. Thanks for the prompt same-day service!

I'm glad I gave these guys a call when I went into my utility room and heard a spraying noise and felt the tropical humidity of the burst thermal tank of our water heater system. Anthony came within about thirty minutes of the call, and he took the time to teach us all the things that were wrong with our setup. You don't know what you don't know! Grateful for experts who take the time to explain and teach. I felt like I could trust what he was telling me. Hard to know always what to do in an emergency, but we felt good about his assessment and plan and price for it all. And within about two hours, all was repaired and rearranged for the better. He also patiently explained other things we might do on our own or have him do later if we want. He personally sent me before and after pictures. Now we know a thermal tank needs changing, a water heater needs yearly draining, and things to do to get closer up to code in our special aging house. Appreciate the quick and professional and friendly service.

We scheduled a furnace tune-up before winter at our home in Bluffdale Heights, and the technician did a great job checking everything. The system runs much smoother now.

Our heater stopped working one evening in Independence, so we called for furnace repair. They arrived the next morning and fixed it right away.
