I have used them multiple times and they have been responsive and helped all my needs. Bryan has always been great explaining and giving options with great pricing. His crew James, Ethan, Gary and Howard worked great as a team on my new installs and kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. Definitely recommend this company!

They checked my thermostat, they checked all around for any carbon monoxide, and I was able to purchase a carbon monoxide detector which I have wanted to do for years! They showed me a humidifier that I didn’t even know existed next to my furnace, and got it working for me. They recommended air duct cleaning companies for me. We talked about air purification systems and products; and they were able to provide some price quotes for me. We also talked about furnace filter care and they included a new filter for my furnace. ...And the list goes on! They were so honest, sincere, and helpful! I honestly felt like they were truly looking out for me! I would highly recommend their services to everyone! And I sincerely appreciate their kindness and going the extra mile for me!

Gary and his team of technicians took care of putting our new furnace and ac in in a timely and professional way. He explained the options clearly and succinctly. The company was able to arrange financing. They came out for the follow-up and everything went smoothly.

Great negotiation for a new furnace and AC unit. Gary did a great job during the installation and answered a lot of my questions.
A few months later I called for a maintenance issue I was having, so Gary came out same day I called, and troubleshot the problem quickly.

Our AC stopped working on Wednesday evening. Brayden came on Thursday and on Friday we had the entire Craig's Services team installing our new AC and Furnace units. Brayden, Gary, Spencer, Luke, Evan, and Howard did an amazing job for us. They were professional, friendly, respectful and they gave great customer service. My husband and I had picked up sandbags from the city and Gary and Howard helped us unload the sandbags and put them in our back yard. They really went the extra mile all the way around. We are so happy we went with Carig's Services and will definitely use them again and again.

We had Craig’s come out after we installed our own thermostat and it wasn’t working correctly. The technicians were nice but they were just there to sell us an AC. Which had nothing to do with what we needed. After seeing the project they quoted us an insane price ($900-$1300) to replace a wire (which took my husband 2 hours and $20 at Lowe’s to replace) and they charged us $80!!! Just to come out and try and sell us something and do nothing for us. Will not call them again for future repairs.

My daughter arranged for Craig's service to check my AC unit and tune it up if necessary. Brayden came promptly and was well mannered and courteous. He was efficient and seemed very knowledgeable. He left with the AC working and gave me the option to prepay for a furnace tune-up in the fall which saved me a bit of money. I appreciated the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with this team, from start to finish. The initial call was pleasant and helpful. I received a call from the technician at the expected time, and he was able to arrive early to our appointed time. Brayden was kind, and explained our options well. The repairs were completed quickly, and I was so impressed that I signed up for a annual service agreement. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Called to have a water heater replaced. Evan explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. On install day, Evan and Jeremy were on time, clean, and prompt. They left our utility room looking better than before the install. They ensured we were satisfied and even came out the next day to rectify an issue. Will definitely be using Craig's again for any future needs.

I will never use a different HVAC company again! Craig's has earned my loyalty and trust. They are friendly, on time, competitively priced, honest, do amazing work quickly, AND they don't leave a mess when they are done! They were very careful when entering and exiting my house even with my 4 kids and a dog running around. I called several times to discuss my A/C install and each time my questions were answered kindly and I was treated with respect. I would highly recommend Craig's.

We needed a new furnace and A/C (both were 26 years old and on their last leg). Craig’s was quick to respond to a bid request (they came by the same day we called, and we called late in the day!).

The bid they gave us was cheaper than the other bids while at the same time it also provided a larger BTU furnace with a higher efficiency rating and an A/C with a higher SEER rating than the competitors bid.

They also gave us multiple options for systems to install, all of which were cheaper than the competitors. They were even able to install the entire system the following day! We will definitely be using Craig’s again for any future needs!

We are impressed every time we use Craig's appliance service. The office staff are helpful and always friendly. We have a maintenance agreement, which is nice so we don't have to remember when it's time.

Gary was/is awesome. He took the time to show me what is going on with my system and recommend things to do now and in the future. My unit is running smooth. Carson did an excellent job too. They really know their stuff. Clean, presentable and professional.

My tenant had them come out for an annual service. Their tech just looked at the furnace and suggested $3,000 in repairs. I called another company for a second opinion. They thoroughly cleaned and inspected the furnace and assured me it was in perfect condition. Craigs used to be locally owned, and they were awesome. Apparently they've been taken over by a much bigger company and now they're all about making money rather than taking care of customers. Won't call them again.

Our AC went out at the worst time. Craig's got an appointment for us quickly. From talking to the office staff who were super friendly and helpful, to working with JAMES.
JAMES was fantastic, professional knowledgable, answered all our questions and helped us decide what option was best for our home. This hands down has been the easiest company to work with! We will definitely be using Craig's for all our future heating and air-conditioning needs. 10/ 10 would highly recommend!!

Furnace was not working. Gary came and ran a thorough check and determined the 'mother board' was bad. Talked to us about our options in heating/cooling units, and explained finance options as well. We went with the Lennox heat pump system. Gary checked and they had a unit at the shop and a crew to help with installation. Gary showed up at our home about 10 AM to check out the old furnace. By 6 PM he and the install crew had the new unit installed and working. Couldn't ask for better, faster, more professional service. Thank you Gary, your crew, and Craig's HVAC service. It's nice to be warm again.

I found our water heater leaking, and with one quick call I had Gary at my door in minutes. I'm so grateful Craig's was so responsive, and so grateful that their technician Gary was so quick to get to work. I really appreciated Gary's professionalism. We had a new water heater, and I was busy doing laundry within 4 hours!

Gary, Luke and his crew did our outdated Central Air and Furnace. The Air Conditioner was totally shot. These wonderful people started at 8:30 in the morning and finished at 6:45 only taking a small break. Talk about dedication and willingness to please their customers in the hot temperatures. This Lenox is energy and cost effective with today’s High priced living. We can’t thank this team of hard worker’s for the quality of their work and really caring about their customers A+ to Craig’s Service’s

We had a great experience with Craig's Superior Appliance! We were out of town for a couple weeks and when we came home we noticed our A/C wasn't cooling properly. Brian came out that same day and diagnosed the problem and the next day he had it fixed! As a first time homeowner, I trust this company to take care of all our A/C and furnace needs because they are honest, dependable, and very knowledgeable. Thank you again for your speedy service!

I'm 100% happy with the new AC. The three things I looked before hiring anyone was, in this order, quality work, timeliness, competitive cost. I believe Craig's satisfied all three. Without hesitation I would recommend this business to me friends and family. I think I probably got their best team too. Gary, Brayden, Spencer and Evan did outstanding work. They came when they said they would, did an excellent job and cleaned up after. Totally satisfied!

Craig's Heating was amazing. My experience with them was unlike working with other contractors that can be difficult and take forever. Bryan was quick to respond, fabulous to work with, and delivered a very timely, cost effective, and quality product. They were able to get my work completed far faster and easier than I ever dreamed. The installer was pleasant, happy, took extra care to protect the rest of my home, didn't leave any garbage, didn't charge more for the extra effort it took to customize and provide extra parts for my installation and let me know when everything was complete. What a pleasure to meet and work with Craig's....I'm only sorry I didn't find them sooner.
