I had my carpet cleaned today and I couldn’t be happier. They were very friendly and professional, and wore shoe covers as well as used corner protectors so as not to damage my walls. My carpet looks amazing and all the problem spots are gone. They even spot cleaned a couch cushion that I had mentioned my dog stained at no extra cost. I will definitely use them in the future!

Tim was great to work with. He called me the morning of my appointment to confirm his arrival time. He was very kind and very professional. He cleaned our couch and loveseat for us. He took time to ask if there were any concerns I had before he began, and he took extra care of a couple trouble spots on our couch. The couch and loveseat look better than new. I am so happy with how well he cleaned them. I highly recommend Voda.

I reached out to Voda about services and they were very quick to not only reply, but very quick to get me on the schedule. They were able to come out the very next day. My basement and stairs were all scrubbed and cleaned within an hour. It looked great and smelled great when the job was all done. I will absolutely be using them again in the future :)

We thought we would give Voda a try. Tim and Beau were great, very knowledgeable. Love that they used the agitator to scrub everything out of the carpet first and then they cleaned it. The carpets came out really nice and clean. They also cleaned our tile and grout which looks so much cleaner and they sealed the grout after so it won’t get as dirty which was awesome.

Travis was really informative. He actually knew what type of fiber my carpet was. I did not realize it was wool. He did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. They look like new. This new company is really great and the price is very competitive. I had this carpet cleaned a year ago, but this clean was so much better. I highly recommend Voda to anyone looking for a new carpet cleaner.

So Dave is one of the best guys I’ve met in biz! He’s a man of his word and will save you money where he can! Just talking to him within the first 2min of meeting him I knew he was my guy! Him and his team are super friendly and easy to work with! He’s has come to my rescue 2 times, one that was a big deal and one that wasn’t a big deal. It was a breeze both times and I only had to meet with him once and didn’t have to look back

The day my home had water damage these guys came out to help! Within an hour they had arrived.
Explaining the process in detail and they immediately got to work. They were professional, fast, always making sure I understood what was next and answered any and all of my questions. Very trustworthy workers that came in my home. If I ever have water damage again I wouldn't hesitate on who I would call! They're amazing!

After our 2nd floor hot water heater leaked overnight, our insurance company sent ServiceMaster to the house within 2 hours. They were great! Unfortunately they found water damage on three floors. At one time we had 21 pieces of equipment drying out everything! They came back over and over to check and make sure it had properly dried. They were easy to work with and took time to explain what they were doing and why. The guys we dealt primarily with were Jay, Garrett, Josh, and Candler. But we also saw Nick and Brad briefly. All of them we’re exceptional!

ServiceMaster by Smith went above and beyond and took great care in mitigating our water damage. RJ and his team were beyond knowledgeable of our problem and insurance coverage. We could not be more grateful and impressed by their work and dedication.

We had a sprinkler pipe break and flooded our basement. The team at Servicemaster by Smith were very knowledgeable and was there in no time to get started on the cleanup. I'd call them in an instant if I ever need them again. Which obviously I hope I don't. We highly recommend.

We had a fire at our home and after we called our insurance company they sent out Servicemaster by Smith. Initially two people came by to assess the damage of the home and to see what needed to be done. The next day the cleaning crew came and they cleaned all the walls in my home had to tear out tile from the ceiling had to tear up carpet and had to load out totes and boxes of stuff that were in those rooms. They worked very, and very hard and never complained and we’re so pleasant to work with. The crew that came to my home was led by a gentleman named Josh and his crew are so delightful to work with. They were so respectful and helpful for anything that needed to be done. I was so impressed with the way they cleaned and packed out boxes that needed to be taken out of homes. Each morning I would receive a text that they were on their way and they were always prompt and came every single day to get the job completed. I highly recommend this company if anyone is in need of any type of the service!
