Easily the best mitigation experience I have had. Ethan and R.J. Went above and beyond to mitigate quickly and answer all my questions. They recommend different companies to help fix the issues I was having as well as had the construction companies reach out to me. Amazing experience, I recommend them for sure!

When our basement apartment flooded due to a frozen pipe, our insurance company recommended ServiceMaster by Smith for the clean up. Ethan and RJ got to work quickly, opened up the walls and floor, and dropped in 10 dehumidifiers and fans to prevent any mold. Their work was precise, neat, and they left no mess. It was obvious they were just the experts we needed. Our contractor commented on the excellent work. Highest praise and recommendations.

Within just a few hours of contacting ServiceMasters regarding the flooding of our basement, their crew arrived for assessment and they were also immediately ready to begin work. Ethan and his crew were efficient and courteous. They were respectful of our property and always left things clean and organized. I had clear updates and instructions and always knew what was going on. Giving them a key to our home so they could work while we were gone was never a concern for us. Although I hope we never need them again, I would welcome Ethan and ServiceMaster in my home without a second thought!

When we found our leak I was horrified to have to find a mitigation company to help. My daughter and a friend had to use one recently and had the worst experiences! My fiancé found Service Master and called them in the evening. They answered and had someone out the next morning and handled it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. My insurance recommended Service Master and my realtor had some experience using Service Master on her personal property. They were really great at communicating. I was particularly impressed with Calder & RJ as they both took the time to explain things to me. They gave me recommendations for the rebuilt process and offered me a temporary sink basin. We have been very pleased with the service we have and are receiving from Farmers Insurance. The adjuster, Jim, is so nice and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive to all our concerns. Home accidents happen and we feel lucky we chose Farmers insurance. Also, our agent Max Outsen is so helpful and great with any concerns we have.

We were very happy with the service we received from Service Masters. They were quick to respond to our problem. In under 3 hours they were at our house, ready to find the water leak. Jaxon the team lead and his crew started the process of looking for a water leak. He kept is informed of everything they were doing. They did a fantastic job of clean up and deposing of all the damage materials. I can't say enough good about Jaxon and Service Masters. I would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster, during a very stressful time. We came home to a water leak and ServiceMaster dried the area and removed the moldy and damaged walls, celling and tile. They were very nice and professional. Jaxon took the time to explain every step of the process.

Dont know which location. Driver on 12th and wall license plate 2n8fh something almost side swiped me pushing me close into another car. Didn't use a blinker and almost rear ended another car. Do not recommend using them if they drive like this.

Jaxson, Calder, and Jay were very knowledgeable, transparent, communicative, and friendly. They did a great job and made the process seamless. Brad was also awesome to work with. He was very honest and fair about the price. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of mold removal. The only drawback is the lack of being able to pay online but from what I understand they are going to provide the option in the near future. Having said that, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. They were absolutely worth hiring!

Amazing service from Service Master, specially RJ, Calder and Jaxon! They responded quickly to our home flooding emergency, arriving within hours. SERVICE MASTERS responded quickly to get me on their schedule within a day!!! When they got here, they explained EVERYTHING they would be doing and answered all my questions. RJ and Tristan are the fastest, cleanest and most meticulous workers I have ever had in my house.
