I love this company. After the fire under our deck, they took care of everything to be sure the clean up was done right and that we had everything we needed before the deck repair team came.

Jay is an awesome project manager and he is very proud to be a part of this long-time local company!

ServiceMaster by Smith did a marvelous job making a difficult situation much easier when my dishwasher spring a leak and rained water into our basement.

RJ and Tristan came and explained exactly what they were going to do and why before we even hired them. They also gave me an overview of insurance/non-insurance aspects and the opportunity to schedule their work according to my schedule.

I really appreciated RJ showing me what they'd done at the end of each day and educating me on what the goals were for drying out the water and the antibacterial or anti mold options available. He made sure I understood and was super patient with all my questions.

Tristan was the quiet white tornado hauling equipment in and out of the house, cleaning up flooring, wet dry wall, and soaking insulation so quickly, I wouldn't have known it was there.
He also did some great pre work preparation, covering our carpeted stairs and flooring with plastic and hanging plastic sheeting where dust needed to be contained.

Kale worked right along with RJ and Tristan, and did great and careful work drilling holes in the wall behind my kitchen cupboards so i that area could dry out without removing them.

Brad came by and took a sample of the materials before removing any paint or dry wall, checking for asbestos and lead. Thankfully, they were not present!

Thank you, ServiceMaster, for your kind, professional and quick help with recovering from our unexpected disaster!

ServiceMaster came to our home after it had been flooded. They were professional and so helpful from the beginning to the end of their work. They showed up right away, went right to work, and explained all of the processes along the way. They were so kind to answer all of my questions too. Jaxon, Calder, Ryan, and Abram, were the technicians that I worked with and they all were wonderful and professional. I am so grateful for ServiceMaster and the work they did.

A very unprofessional and greedy company. They do not care for their employee’s or client’s. 0 stars, I would not recommend them.

Tell t24 to get off the phone while driving. And also if he's going 10 under in fair weather to get out of the passing lane

Trucks getting on the freeway with obvious....... And I mean obvious..... Pockets of large rocks sitting on frame rails of the truck, just perfectly ready to fall off and break windshields, while they drive down the road with a sticker on the back saying stay back because we're not responsible for your windshields.
Don't be lazy. Your obligated to make sure your vehicle is safe for the road

PaulDavis really did handle our tough, extensive flood situation professionally and with great support. When they came in and showed me the extent of the damage with their technology and explained the general process, they saved a lot of headaches down the road. They made sure contractors were assigned quickly and that the project damage was properly represented for the insurance company. They went above and beyond to have everything back the way it was and kept the project rolling. All of my questions were always answered and responded to quickly. So happy we chose them in such a critical moment!

I am curious how it cost me less to replace my roof and 1200 sq feet of flooring than Paul Davis is trying to charge me for drywall repairs and paint. The cost for your services is absolutely outrageous. Paul Davis feeds off the despair of others by making them feel like they have no other option than to use their services in a time of need, the middle of a disaster.

The time to completion was extremely long with no sense of urgency to complete the job, the house sat for weeks at a time, with no one coming to the house to do any repairs.

After we finally had the repairs fixed we discovered that the contractors had been using the downstairs bathroom, causing a large clog and backup that we had to pay for out of pocket. No one at Paul Davis took responsibility.

Lastly, I have asked for an itemized breakdown of the actual work completed but the representative refuses stating that the estimate is the same as the final invoice. How can this be accurate? An estimate is ESTIMATING the cost while the invoice should show the FINAL cost. Why can't someone provide an invoice showing what work was completed and the costs associated?

Bradley did an outstanding job managing our recent mold restoration project. From start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and proactive in communicating every step of the process. Their ability to coordinate the team efficiently and ensure the project stayed on schedule was impressive. The property was restored flawlessly, and the entire experience was seamless thanks to their expertise. Highly recommend! 10000/10!

Kellen did a great job on my rental property. He completed the job in a timely manner and his communication was great. He is also currently working on another project for me at my personal home, I will submit another review after it is completed.

I received a return of charges (practically a bit more than my deductable) just recently from "Paul Davis of Kaysville" and hence improved the rating.

However, the main critique remains that the cost of repairs are being bloated up because of the involvement of the insurance and too many contractors, employees etc.

I hope to never have to have another restoration project, but if I did, I would call Paul Davis in an instant. They had clear, consistent communication and responsiveness. Everyone who came to our house was professional, timely and did fantastic work!

I had to fire the first restoration company i hired when my house burned down because they were blatantly trying to run up the bill. A friend recommended Paul Davis and they were excellent to work with, both on the content side and the restoration side. My only regret is I didn't call them first.

My homeowners insurance got these guys to come and do my work in my downstairs bathroom and garage. They did a great job in the beginning, but did not finish their work. They told me they were going to do certain things that they did not provide. That is the reason I’m only giving them a three score also on the estimate it showed that they were supposed to clean and service my furnace. It was completely filth. Me and my family came home from an Airbnb. Stay while they worked on our home and our heater did not work we had to freeze my husband had to clean it out and get it up and running himself. It took him five tries to get it going, also they left debris all throughout the entire utility room area screws debris from the drywall work they did and my brand new water heater had plaster splashed all over the bottom of it, also after the insurance finalized everything and paid them, they literally took forever to come back to finish anything and then the contractor came to inspect the job the cleanup of the utility room area and furnace and told me everything looked great. It was all cleaned out and everything. Plus they left the vanity, light hanging out the wall and the light fixture covers they did not put back on when I had contacted them to do these things. They blamed it on the guy I had doing my drywall in the upstairs, who had nothing to do with the repairs in the bathroom. They did come and put the fixtures back in and the light back into the wall but it took them forever and arguments back-and-forth then I was told that they were going to come and clean the debris out of the utility room when they came to put the light fixture back into the wall. All they did was put the light fixture back into the wall and did not clean up anything and then they have the nerve to ask me to give them a 10 review ha! for the price that they charge with a contractor over $22,000 for the insurance definitely not worth it I highly recommend finding the professionals your self do not go through a contractor complete rip off . I and then for the flooring for my upstairs they said that the insurance paid them out 10,000 for that and then I would have to pay 2600 out of my pocket so I got in touch with Ogden‘s flooring and design myself got their quote and it was only 6900 to go directly through them, so I dropped Paul Davis for that portion and just went directly through Ogden’s flooring and design save the insurance money and also money in my pocket so strong FYI for anyone out there like I said, do not go through contractors when you run into situations like this through your insurance go directly through the professionals, your self do your research they will try to swindle you.
