Ellery did a fantastic job. My H2O heater needed parts which they had to order. The parts took just a couple days to arrive from the manufacturer and Ellery was able to install it same day.

I like the personnel with this company. Especially, Lee Hatch. He is always friendly and polite. He always asks if there is anything else that he can do for our building and does not hesitate. He has great recommendations that are very easy to follow. I would recommend him over and over again.

I was having problems with my furnace a day before Thanksgivings day. I was having family over for thanksgiving and was extremely worried about my furnace. Dave arrived right on time. He let us get in his schedule last minute. He was quite knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was happening with our AC unit. His price was very reasonable. John was able to come out same day and did a great job. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed within 30 minutes. Very friendly and showed me exactly what and why he was going to do, very thorough. I highly recommend DSI to anyone in need of HVAC work.
