Josh came out a couple of months ago. He is knowledgeable and very skilled. My husband had 4 quotes from competitors. The other quotes did not want to move the AC unit. Josh was the only one who would accommodate my request. He and Mike did an excellent job. They were so thorough and professional. They obviously take pride in their work. We recommend HK Mechanical highly. They deserve it. Thank you!

HK Mechanical was great! Josh came early in the morning when our furnace turned off in the middle of the night. He got us up and running before the sun was up!

He even looked around and gave me a heads up on a dangerous water heater expansion tank and helped me get my gas fireplace lit.

I have been using HK since we bought our house in the spring of 2022. They have done our regular servicing and go above and beyond each time. We have had issues since the move in with our system but HK has helped prolong the life of the system. Finally it was time for a new one. HK was very honest with their estimates and pricing from the beginning we knew what we would be looking at. And Josh was able to keep it right in that ball park. The communication has always been tremendous. I will never trust any one else with our home. During his first initial service Josh spotted issues with the previous install of our units. With a promise to fix them when we went to replace the unit. Since it has been over 2 years I completely forgot about the other issues. But when it came time to replace he had brought the needed items to fix the unit appropriately. The HK family has treated us amazing in the last few years and we look forward to working with them for many more.

We had a fantastic experience with HK. Our AC stopped working, so we called and they came out the same day. Josh and his team had our AC back up and running super fast. Josh made a few suggestions to help us with air flow, and also checked for hot spots in the ceiling. His pricing was very fair. I would recommend HK to anyone who needs AC or furnace work.

These guys installed a tankless hot water heater plus a water softener. They were the least expensive of 4 bids (same equipment). Loved the personal touch and quality of their work.

I had a horrible experience yesterday with this company. They came out through my home warranty company and informed me, that I needed to replace my furnace. The person who came out was great. I said, Ok im fine with this, then I am informed about a miscellaneous fee of over 500 dollars, so I called and I asked if there will be an itemized invoice showing what I am paying for. His response was your itemized invoice is either I do the job or I don't. What kind of professional service is this?? I work with vendors everyday, I have not once ever had a owner of a company be so unprofessional and ignorant to me. His attitude and demeanor throughout the whole call was as if i was borhering him. All because I wanted to see what I was paying them for? That's not to much to ask. Here I am stressed and worried because they are telling me we will have no heat until Tuesday when they can schedule me in, and then they treat me like this. Mind you, of the cold Temps and I have a 4 story home. 5 days of no heat is crazy. This is our first time replacing a furnace, so of course we are wanting to know what we are getting for our dollars.
I will never call them again, nor use their services, and I will make sure my friends and family dont either! Very rude and unprofessional on every level. I Called another company and they are installing our furnace today.
